Definition
Daylight is present at a particular location, to some degree, whenever the Sun is above the local horizon. (This is true for slightly more than 50% of the Earth at any given time. For an explanation of why it is not exactly half, see here). However, the outdoor illuminance can vary from 120,000 lux for direct sunlight at noon, which may cause eye pain, to less than 5 lux for thick storm clouds with the Sun at the horizon (even <1 lux for the most extreme case), which may make shadows from distant street lights visible. It may be darker under unusual circumstances like a solar eclipse or very high levels of atmospheric particulates, which include smoke (see New England's Dark Day), dust,[1] and volcanic ash.[2]

Since communications technology of the day was primitive, most people found the darkness to be baffling and inexplicable. Many applied religious interpretations to the event.[8]

In Connecticut, a member of the Governor's council (renamed Connecticut State Senate in 1818), Abraham Davenport, became most famous for his response to his colleagues' fears that it was the Day of Judgment:

I am against adjournment. The day of judgment is either approaching, or it is not. If it is not, there is no cause for an adjournment; if it is, I choose to be found doing my duty. I wish therefore that candles may be brought.[9]

 New apple head phones to

Macbook and PC’s 
Have  us addicted to
their smoke screens

Millions of starving children 
Needing medicine and vaccine
From the poison of the rust 
Falling off the machine
Military intervene 
By bombing  innocent civilians
Billions spent inventing weapons
That wipe clean a world blue and green
Of peaceful people caught in-between
Petty wars raging with no end seen
The scene blazes on, if everyone is dead and gone
Can anyone say they really won? 

So whats the purpose 
Does anyone deserve this
Assault on this precious 
Gift of life given us
Ripping up Forrests 
Putting  profit before us
Saying its for us
But all we want is 
Is less fuss
 
And more trust 
In our fellow  man
 No rush a better plan
People reaching out a helping hand

Very happy to release this Collobaration with *Thommo*!

Upon hearing his music and especially his collaboration with @vizualye I definitely wanted to see where it would go.  From the moment I messaged him he crafted a quality beat In like, I swear it was only a few hours.  

I added some live elements and the vocals and sent it back to him and he mixed it all up into this final piece. We even collaborated up to the Art! I fashioned *thommo*'s sweet headphone logo onto my head. You should definitely follow in suit and put the music of @thommo_tunes into you heard and drift off into a musical paradise hehe.
