Cyclonix, the brainchild of John Wilcox, returns with his fourth electrifying release on the new Ascii Trax label. The EP features 5 distinct tracks that traverse the spectrum of electronic rhythms and grooves on the broken beat spectrum.  It follows up the first 3 releases on the label which have garnered widespread support on the scene.  .The "Ju Ju Groove EP," is set to drop on June 28th, 2024.

Premiere: Cyclonix - The Lolita track | Ascii Trax

I'm back with Cyclonix tracks of broken bassy beats for the dance floor add to the ASCII TrAX series. Both are programmed around their beats and a vocal sample and then layered with various synths, on a dnb bruk type of tip.

With Sustainist I've played around with some soundclash and tribal chant vocals and on Hi Life its a garage vocals.

Anyways hope you dig this music. Gonna look at some physical formats, Maybe some lathe cut vinyl if there is interest.
