hello, my name is cylob, and i make electronic music

SPR (S. Richter) is an electronic music artist based in Hamburg. His releases on labels like V I S, JSMЁ, and Weevil Neighbourhood explore dense, abstract sound worlds shaped by texture, emotional weight, and off-kilter rhythm.

My music is born from simple tools: free synth and drum machine apps on mobile phones, free or low-cost software on PC. I chose this path to demonstrate that you don't need huge budgets or high-tech studios to create quality sound: all you need is an ear, passion, and a desire to experiment. My quest is to give voice to the imagination with tools accessible to everyone, transforming limitations into possibilities. Because music belongs to those who dare, not those who spend.
