a collection of quick, live mixes, mashups, and remixes. in some cases i chose tracks i'd never heard before, in others i had, but in all cases i only spent 15-30 mins prepping [setting cues/loops, etc] before recording live to wav.

"Starlit Skies" is a b-side from Pretty Lights' GRAMMY nominated album A Color Map of the Sun. It is part of a special Record Store Day release entitled The Hidden Shades, with four unreleased b-sides from ACMOTS, plus four remixes. 

Released April 19th 2014 as a limited edition double 10″ vinyl set for Record Store Day.

Pretty Lights - Better Than I've Ever Been

dj/musician/artist with eclectic musical tastes. started in the early 90s on 1200s and pre-cdj denons. returned to the booth a few years ago as a primarily midi-based dj who plays out regularly.

ran out of space, so i deleted some maschine loops. will be using this account for live offthecuff dj remixes only going forward and will set up another for original compositions and full remixes [link to come].
