After years of playing the piano, I was on a family bushwalk with a nature guide. When we had tea around the fire, he pulled out his acoustic guitar & we sang songs. That was the final push to get me to learn the six stringed instrument as well, because it was so portable & could be used anywhere with a minimum of fuss. That was a quite a few years ago now, but it has given me another medium to compose on. This tune "Natur" is born out of the noodling I do out on the verandah of my house, then I added all the strings & Rhodes electric piano afterwards, to ramp up the emotion.
