Oshane Spaulding aka D Blackz born in ‘Kingston’ the most dominant name in Jamaican history. 
D Blackz arrived in the UK in 2002, where he was able to show his talent as a dancer, entering into dance competitions, winning many trophies.
At the age of 18 D Blackz started writing music. 
People have always complement and compare his craft to many others.
It is said his style and versatility ranked him amongst the top Jamaican Dance Hall artist.
The legendary Bob Marley is D Blackz main inspiration in the music business, 
However he as taken like to musical styles of known artist such as Nitty Gritty, Super Cat, Bounty Killer, Sizzla Kalonji and one of Jamaica’s well known singer/engineer Stephen Di Genius who is a son of a reggae Star, The great singer song writer Sir Freddie Mcgregor,
To date D Blackz has collaborated with Leroy Gibbons, Quality Diamond, Stylus, Clip C, Red Man UK, Kdan and many other up and coming artist 
D Blackz has undertaken work at numerous recording studios voicing dub plates for several sound systems on request due to his remarkable talent. 
The reputable Ariwa Recording Studios have grace the voice of this highly motivating individual,
D Blackz is one of the most aclaimed lyicics and have truly stunned engineers and other musicians with his superb craft, 
Instant Mellodi, Warning Studio, Buzwakk records, Hya-P studio, Cash Heat Entertainment and Sharp Cut Studio, Hot Coffea Music’ Unit 10, are some of the recording studios he has carried out his magnificent task, 
Some of the producers that D Blackz has worked with:- Bucky Joe, Kodi Star, Shaun Holly and the well renowned Blacker Dread.
D Blackz has performed at the biggest street festival in South London ‘Brixton Splash’ where he had made huge impact on the general public, he continue doing so on all occasions, He has experience great love from the audience at Buget Tuesdays and Bristol Summer jam, etc,

D Blackz is determine to dominate the music fraternity, he has been his own boss and partnered with Quality Diamond for his new single “Wine and Go round” Released to radio and online following the lead single “Clean to Di Step” and sets the tone for what will be the biggest summer album for 2014.

‘I promised myself I would never take anything for granted’ said D Blackz anticipating nothing but the biggest results from what he deliver.
