JLP will release their new single “WAITING”; a song about the experience of waiting for the one. The record is the first single in a series of forthcoming releases from the Brooklyn-based trio, comprised of Jordan Lane Price, James Levy and Gabriela Arciero.

Jordan Lane Price is an actress and singer/songwriter. She has acted in both film and television, and has previously released an EP on Innit Records. James Levy is a singer/songwriter who has released records with Julian Casablancas' Cult Records (Reputante), One Little Indian (LEVY), Heavenly (Produced by Coldplay's Guy Berryman under "James Levy & the Blood Red Rose"), and Innit Recordings (Lolawolf). Gabriela Arciero formerly of "The Lunabelles" (Sony Music Nashville, BNA Records).

2017 will see an exciting slue of releases from JLP.

Dot's catalogue combines a diverse range of sonic and ideological influences, such as the history of neighborhood legends like Big Pun, who grew up in Soundview Houses; the skillful jazz sampling of Detroit beatmaker J Dilla; and the eccentric soul of Erykah Badu, all fused with a unique, versatile flow.
