BIO:
d-phrag is a Bulgarian DJ. Although he has no formal musical education, music always has been an important part of his life. As every teenager of his generation he enjoyed heavy metal and punk rock, as well as many other music styles. His affection for electronic music dates back to 2002 when he heard some trance/progressive trance tracks as well as Astral Projection and various psy-trance artists. Later his musical taste has been heavily influenced by the Global Underground series, The Essential Mix on BBC, as well as John Digweed's Kiss 100 radioshow. The DJ's that shaped his vision for the modern electronic music - Kleineberg, Sasha, Digweed, Oakenfold, Dave Seaman...to name a few.

At some point he decided to try some DJ software to make a mix with only the tracks he likes and that was the moment he fell in love with the DJ mixing. After a year of rather underground mixing, he was invited to do a guest mix as "Artist Of The Week" on friskyradio.com - and that event logically led to his own DJ show on the same radio. The show is called Immersed and features new and established talents on the progressive electronic music scene. Currently the show has an average of 3000 listeners from all over the world. The show has been a good start for young and upcoming artists like Lokitas, Silent Brothers, Grigory & Anthony and Denver & Mints from

Russia, Audionova from Serbia, Kintar & Rex from Argentina as well as many others (many of them are now residents with their own show on friskyradio). Since 2008 d-phrag co-hosts Immersed with his young colleague Plamen K. They also started a collaboration as a DJ duo, playing on various events in Bulgaria. In October 2009 d-phrag has been invited by DJ Balthazar to play on one of the biggest events in Bulgaria, RENESANZ - featuring many big names in the electronic music.

Over the past few years d-phrag's DJ style evolved alot, but one thing remains the same - the passion for music, carefully selected tunes and energetic mixture of sounds.

Rick Pier O'Neil started as a DJ in a French club
when he was 14.
A sound technics addict , he became sound engineer and created his first studio at 16.
He started producing his first titles such as Sequential «Chocho Loco »,Tribal Nation « In de ghetto » which led him quickly at the top of the French charts.
He began working with such major labels as Sony Music,Universal,Motown,Polygramm.. as remixer for Kool and the gang, Stevie Wonder......
With the emerging of the house music movement, he set foot overseas and and becomes part on the US musical stage.
The first title realized there ranks 5th in the famous Billboard Chart.
Sussex house « I feel good » will be the beggining with Epic NYC, Japan Sony BMG as an artist remixer such as Donna Summer, Lenny Kravitz,Ultra Nate,Cee Peniston.....
The title "I don't want nobody " created for Cheri Amore (Vocalist today of Armin Van Buuren's tracks) will be a hit in most European countries
as well as in the US. RPO makes rankings on the US Billboard and is acknowledged by the biggest Djs.

Built by his American experience, he decides to create his own music label with dark sonorities much more progressive but also more tribal Underground.
It's a risky career choice but his passion for creativity will always grow stronger.
The label RPO Records and GARBAGE Records will soon played and playlisted by leading Dj like Carl Cox, Danny Tenaglia, John Digweed, Boy George,
Anthony Papa, Steve Lawler ..and more . These productions will be compiled all over the world on the best CD : Global Underground, Amnesia,Matinee...
He leaves France and settle in Barcelona. He continues his career as a producer and in thé mean time performs as a DJ in the best clubs in the world.
He starts a residency for Amnesia France Tour, and is one of the first resident in Frisky radio … He then leaves the city of Gaudi for Mexico where he still lives.

Child of soul music and techno, he now produces his own sonorities. Lots of DJ speakeasy about that the RPO Sound ...
He has produced and created over 500 titles up to now under various artist names and surrounds himself with the best vocalists and musicians.
His 30-years long career in the studio or behind the turntables is the proof if needed that the passion for music fuels Rick Pier O'Neil's life.

He is recognized as one the top tastemakers, with a popularity that has been growing worldwide.
RPO's banging beats put him at the centre of the new breed of mixers on the digital DJ rig, easy to see why he has drawn attention and fame.

A respected name within the progressive house fraternity, Forerunners makes a welcome return to Meanwhile with his first full release in the shape of the "Ancient Methods" EP.

Operating out of his Arizona home, Brenden LaBonte has consistently found himself at the forefront of a distinctive underground house sound with his Forerunners soubriquet. An advocate of the quality over quantity' maxim and a sound that is full of maturity and quality, the US artist has seen his music allied to a plethora of high-profile imprints that include Anjunadeep, Silk Music, and Black Hole Recordings.

Now returning to GMJ and Matter's flagship imprint after a spell-binding interpretation of Mike Isai's "Home" in July 2021, Meanwhile's 21st release sees Forerunners open his "Ancient Methods" EP with the mesmerising title track. Full of melodic poise and rhythmic interplay, a driving beat and tight off-beat percussion heralds a dynamic opening before a mechanic bassline and syncopated groove create the foundation for delicate motifs to lilt their way across the 8-minute track with ease. Delay-infused effects and pitched synth add to the aural atmosphere at the breakdown as a sustained pad holds sway throughout to create a subtle tension and hypnotic vibe.

The complex rhythmic foundation that infuses the oxymoronic "Light in the Darkness" is a powerful forerunner for the deep melodic melange to follow. As running bassline and swirling effects build, a dizzying breakdown of looped arpeggio provides sonic intrigue and bright, uplifting zenith. Exploding into the third movement, an hypnotic melody sits against oppressive bass and rhythm to create a magical track.

Continuing the dark rhythmic narrative of its predecessors, "Valis" provides another sonic tapestry filled with texture and innovation. Beneath a ticking percussive groove and chest-thumping kick, an effects-laden and pitched oscillator bassline reveal themselves across the 6-minute offering as a mesmerising arp creates a powerful melodic presence in the mid-range. Science-fiction inspired effects that the Future Sound of London would be proud of, infuse the breakdown as the second half drops into the huge bass-heavy underpinning once more.

Redolent in modern and innovative production technique and a cutting-edge sound, Forerunners brings a scintillating new approach to "Ancient Methods".

Encyclopedia was founded in 2021. Since its creation, the artistic direction has been driven by the design and creation of visual and musical supports. Encyclopedia's activity is mainly focused on the promotion and distribution of DJ artists in the world of progressive house Organic House & Progressive. In three years, more than 250 artists have emerged, totaling more than 600 mixes around the world (England, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Israel, Turkey, etc.) and great artists of Progressive House and Progressive.

Encyclopedia also deploys a wide range of artistic interventions, which aim to share the different facets and singularities of our concept. Initially, the ARAWAK project is part of this dynamic and made it possible to set up the first electronic digital festival, in collaboration with Bianco Vargas dj living in Brazil, with whom we had been working since the first season. ARAWAK is a very innovative concept, and counts among its DJs: Bianco Vargas, Marttinez, ZANELL, Carmee, Kaito Aman, Fabiano Feijô, Glamour's Joint, Luciano Scheffer, Marcelo Strega, Carlos Tk, Patrick Medina, Bohnen, Lenharo, Sebastian Portman & Rgn.
In the following seasons were guests (Korb, Grife, Isadora, Leozinho, Long Brothers, Caio Endi, Leila Scheiwe, Halaros, Tonaco, Murilo Damasio, Carla Cimino, Kotsi & Anhert, SARAH CHILANTI). Encyclopedia does everything possible to ensure that ARAWAK has incredible visuals and great promotion broadcast on all streaming platforms such as Spotify, Soundcloud, Mixcloud, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Youtube.

Encyclopedia as a broadcaster has put together other playlists like Voyager, Mesopotamia, Destination and Monophony that you can discover on streaming platforms. After 3 years of development in Montpellier in France, Encyclopedia is in full evolution and created with Aglaia Rave a solid and professional collaboration on the creation & cooperation of the Encyclopedia Edition radio.

Aglaia Rave & Leo Baroso have been working closely on the EDITION podcast for more than 2 years. Her knowledge and professionalism make Aglaia Rave a major element in the evolution of Encyclopedia and the various projects to come. Encyclopedia Radio is also keen to welcome residents for residency. Each artist belonging to this large Encyclopedia family brings cutting-edge and professional know-how to their work.
