Kyiv-born, Toronto-based DJ and producer Sashy blends deep emotion with global grooves. A classically trained musician turned electronic artist, she’s crossed continents and genres - from rapping in an all-female band to crafting hypnotic mixes that move both heart and body. During the pandemic, she reignited her creative fire, pushing her to the decks and into production. Her sound - spanning Progressive, Melodic, Afro and Organic House - has been featured on Ibiza Stardust, Mix365, and Remix Radiofy, with debut Progressive House EPs hitting the Beatport Top 10 in 2025.

Beyond the decks she curates the Flow State of Mind series - where music meets mindfulness - and co-founded Club Sirenis, a Toronto collective celebrating women in electronic music.

ABOUT OTTAWA PROG VIBES

Alain M.'s weekly podcast, Ottawa Prog Vibes, is now in its 7th year and is a recognized presence among Canadian Electronica shows. The show has two goals: showcase progressive DJ's from Ottawa (and Canada) to a global audience, and bring international DJ guests to an Ottawa (and Canadian) audience). 

Alain plays three out of every 10 shows. His mixing has been noted as particularly creative and smooth, a skill that allow his sets to be experienced as seamless stories.

An offshoot series, called Mellow Prog Vibes, is released every two weeks and focuses on more chill vibes, slightly more downtempo, to create a more relaxed vibe. It is curated by OPV resident DJ Boraa, who plays every other episode, with guest DJs playing the alternate.

Ottawa Prog Vibes and Mellow Prog Vibes are broadcast weekly on UK's Saturo Radio, New York's Chill Lover Radio and Ottawa's Blast the Radio.


ABOUT ALAIN M.

Alain M. started dj’ing in his early 20s and played a variety of clubs, big and small, in Ottawa, Montreal and Kingston. From teenage influences in progressive rock, metal and blues, and later New York and Chicago house, Dutch techno and early trance, his style has evolved towards the more melodic, infectiously rhythmic and thoughtful sounds of progressive house, with a particular fondness for Argentinian productions.

Over his 30+ years as a DJ, Alain has cultivated a signature melodic, danceable, and thoughtful style with enough surprises to keep even the most devout listeners on their toes. His live events, organized only a few times annually, are a hypotonic, transformational experience for attendees, putting the Nation’s Capital on the map for electronic music. He has organized and collaborated in a number of events including Levitar, Sunday Meet & Beat, Sit-Down Sessions, Shake my Thursday and Expeditions, attracting a thoughtful crowd who stay mesmerized by his melodic, danceable sets, always peppered with delightfully unexpected sonic elements.

Alain M. is also a guest DJ submitting regular sets to several radio and online outlets. He is a resident on X-Beat Radio (France, Belgium). He was a monthly resident on Abyss Sound Experience on QuestLondon Radio in 2021 and on UK-based Beach Radio between 2021 and 2024.

He has appeared as a guest on a number of shows in several countries including the UK, Argentina, Spain, Poland, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, Israel and the US. In Canada, he has been featured as a guest DJ at several events by Ottawa-based Music.Art.Ppl, on CHUO FM’s Vanguard Pulse Radio, on CKCU FM’s Lost In Bass and Mapped Out Radio, on Montreal’s Afterhour radio show and on Toronto’s ION radio show.

Originating from Santander, Spain, FERHE has spent years deeply involved in and shaping the underground electronic music scene. With a career built on passion, curiosity, and an unwavering respect for underground culture, his journey in music began at the age of 15, where he played drums in various bands and experimented with live performances. His introduction to DJing soon followed, mixing psychedelic rock records at his bandmates' club, where the Madchester sound left a lasting influence on his early musical development.

At 18, a pivotal trip to New York reshaped his musical trajectory. It was here that he discovered Sonic Groove, the iconic record store run by Adam X and Frankie Bones, where fer_he immersed himself fully in electronic music, sparking a significant shift in his approach to music.

In 1998, fer_he relocated to London, where he integrated himself into the underground scene. Through frequent visits to record stores and afterparties, he met local DJs and promoters, quickly establishing himself as a skilled DJ. His talent earned him a weekly residency at the legendary 414 club in Brixton, a key milestone in his career.

In 2002, fer_he returned to Spain and opened his own club, Montreal in Santander. Driven by a need to provide a space for underground electronic music to thrive, he faced initial challenges but quickly succeeded in making Montreal a hub for local electronic music enthusiasts, solidifying its place in the north of Spain's music scene.

Over the years, fer_he has taken his distinct sound to stages around the world. He’s played at Brighton’s iconic Concorde 2, in the Dominican Republic at the House Café and various raves in Playa Cabarete, and in Edinburgh, where he contributed to projects like the Sparkling Project and played at well-known venues like the Bongo Club and Vice Club. He has also been a key figure in Madrid's vibrant club scene, performing at many clubs. His international presence extends to the Philippines, where he’s made waves at Manila’s Nokal, Diskoteca, and The Library.

A dedicated vinyl collector, FERHE is known for his impeccable DJ technique. His sound blends downtempo, organic house and deep progressive, creating hypnotic, groove-laden atmospheres with intricate, enveloping nuances. His sets are more than just a sequence of tracks—they are sensory journeys, each one a carefully crafted narrative, designed to transport his audience into a deep musical experience.

Desconocido para muchos pero gran conocido para otros, este Dj de origen Aragonés, lleva más de 20 años seleccionando y mezclando música. Gran conocedor de la escena underground, ha pinchado como residente y como invitado en decenas de clubs y festivales a lo largo y ancho de todo el territorio español.Comienza sus andadas pinchando rock & punk en pequeños bares y salas de conciertos y no es hasta el año 1997 cuando por fín se pone delante de unos mk1200, y comienza a mezclar música electrónica, y entra en contacto con el concepto de música de club, pinchando en diferentes clubs y discotecas de la capital maña...........
