Sol Selectas brings you another sunshine filled compilation of beautiful uplifting music to be with you during your summer celebrations. 


We present the 8th volume of our  legendary Summer Sol compilation series, with 31 original tracks from around the world, our biggest collection to date. 
From downtempo chill, to mid tempo groove, to up tempo tribal, to afro deep, this collection has something for everyone, capturing magical moments for any mood.  

Summer Sol VIII features artists from 20 different nationalities such as Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Israel, Turkey, Spain, Colombia, Ukraine, and Russia, to name a few.  24 of the artists are appearing on Sol Selectas for the first time, and alongside them are 10 returning Sol Selectas friends. 

The cover art by Helia Jamali portrays the moment that we catch the light, and the energetic rays of the sun activating our spirit through the divine connection.

Just days before Summer Solstice, Liquid Bloom performed a powerful set inside Meow Wolf Denver’s Numina exhibit as part of a sold-out PORTAL event during the Psychedelic Science conference. This unique night brought together a global web of psychonauts, artists, and seekers inside the surreal dreamscape of Convergence Station.

Following a rare and beautiful DJ set from East Forest, Liquid Bloom guided a journey from ambient and downtempo into bass, drum & bass, and tribal midtempo—culminating in a high-energy blend of house rhythms and ecstatic movement. A live surprise from Poranguí added soul-stirring vocals to the mix, and a closing invocation from Ram Dass gently brought the spaceship back to Earth.

A deep and diverse journey recorded live at EMC2 Festival in the lush lands of Missouri. As always, we flowed across a wide spectrum from global bass, organic house, tribal downtempo, psybient pulses, ecstatic grooves, and cinematic moments all woven for the dancefloor.

EMC2 is rooted in the medicine tribe and inspired by the spirit of the land, and this set carries the essence of Earth, rhythm, and resonance shared under open skies with a beautiful community.

Treavor Moontribe cofundó el colectivo Moontribe, con sede en Los Ángeles, y sus icónicas fiestas en el desierto bajo la luna llena. Desde 1993, estos eventos han sido una parte esencial de la escena electrónica underground del sur de California, y continúan celebrándose hasta el día de hoy.

Como DJ, sus sets se caracterizan por su gran diversidad, reflejo de sus amplios gustos musicales que abarcan múltiples géneros. Esta misma diversidad se manifiesta en sus producciones originales, entre las que destacan sus proyectos más reconocidos: Desert Dwellers, PheuZen y su proyecto homónimo Treavor Moontribe.

A través de sus dos sellos discográficos independientes, Dreaming Awake y Alien Breakdance, así como mediante colaboraciones con otros sellos de renombre a nivel mundial, la música de Treavor ha alcanzado los primeros puestos en numerosas listas y ha sido tocada por una gran cantidad de DJs destacados.

Más allá de la producción musical y el DJing, Treavor también ha estado profundamente involucrado en la industria musical. Entre 2005 y 2012 fue Director del área Dance/Electrónica en INgrooves Music Distribution, iniciando cuando la empresa contaba con menos de 15 empleados y saliendo cuando ya superaban los 100.

Bio: Treavor Moontribe co-founded the Los Angeles-based "Moontribe
Collective" and its iconic full moon desert gatherings. Since 1993, these
events have been integral to Southern California's underground electronic
music scene and continue to this day. As a DJ, his sets are distinguished
by their diversity, reflecting his broad musical tastes spanning multiple
genres. This diversity is also reflected in his original music production, with
his most notable projects being Desert Dwellers, PheuZen and his
namesake Treavor Moontribe. Through his two self owned and managed
record labels Dreaming Awake and Alien Breakdance, as well as a host of
other top labels around the world, Treavor’s music has topped many charts
and been played by countless top DJs.
Beyond music production and DJing, Treavor has also been deeply
embedded in the music business itself. From 2005 to 2012 he was the
Director of Dance/Electronic at INgrooves Music Distribution, starting with
the company when they had less than 15 employees and leaving when
there were well over 100. He also co-founded the record label Desert Trax
with his fellow Desert Dweller, Amani Friend. Their label helped launch the
careers of several prominent names in the downtempo/chill out music
scene and has over 150 releases to date.
Currently living in Guatemala, Treavor continues to tour frequently and is
making more music than ever!
