Zhou Yu（175〜211）

Zhou Yu was from the state of Wu.
He was an unrivaled commander who commanded and won many battles. He is also quite talented in various fields such as literature and music.

After working to pacify Sun Ce's Jiangdong region, he assisted Sun Quan in handling state affairs as the governor.

In 208, Sun Quan and Liu Bei's 30,000 coalition troops met Cao Cao's 200,000 troops who were heading south to unify the country at Chibi on the Yangtze River.
This is the so-called Battle of Chibi.

Zhou Yu, who won the battle with fire, died of illness at the age of 36.

However, his will was inherited by Lu Su, Lu Meng, and Lu Xun.

The quarterlife blues is real. After graduating, getting your first job or your first longterm relationship, plenty young people in their mid 20s fall into the quarterlife crisis, an existencial crisis with similar signs to the midlife crisis. Our song "Quarterlife Blues" turns this feeling of being scared, lost and confused in early adulthood into heavy blues rock. It's the first song I recorded with my guitar, and I am super lucky with Andrea's lyrics and David's rocking blues vocals and guitar solos. Let's rock!

Firstly on easy listening 6/4 bars, I cut some notes out of the main theme so as to give it dynamism, and finally obtained a prime amalgam of 17 quarter notes. I hid any recognizable thing in the accompaniment, and for the organic lines (voice and guitars) I tried the strong rhythm would not fix too much the melodies, first paying a lot of attention, and finally ... just letting me go.
