After the absolute success of their refreshing debut "Ocean", symbolizing the element of water, Vertex returns with second installment in element concept albums with "Earth". Vertex guys have really worked hard to create their signature atmospheric, melodic and groovy progressive sound, and this album prooves what a fine job they did. More than ever before, Vertex is completely devoted to creation of authentic sounds, melodies and rhythms, making this album truly unique and original - something that is always appreciated more than seasonal dancefloor tools that floods the scene in a last few years. As in "Ocean" their focus is once again on complex melodic structures, but this time they took the game to a whole new level with addition of soothing spiritual vocals, tribal percussions, even warmer and lighter pads and textures, spacey and psychedelic sound effects and all the way to energetic sounds of Balkan trumpets. There really is a high diversity, and you can definitely expect sounds of "Earth" to echo on upcoming summer festival season, as well in years to come.

D_Root discovered electronic music and digital arts back in 1996, 13 years ago. He knew from the start he wanted to make a career of writing electronic music. In 1998, he started creating hartechno (hardtechno ?) and
performing in free parties up until 2002, at which point he wanted to explore new horizons. From there on, his music evolved towards hybrid melodic and rhythmic structures, a unique mix between techno and
psyketrance. With time, he has acquirred new equipment and improved his technical skills.

Since 2004, D_Root has dedicated his time to creating trance music, mostly progressive trance. He has clearly been influenced by the work of Vibrasphere or Liquid Soul? In the last three years, concert dates bookings

have increased continuously, D_Root has performed in different parties and festivals in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Burkina Faso. On differentoccasions, he shared the stage with famous artists such as Gaudium, DayDin,Astral projection, HyperFrequencies, Quantize...

He signed with the label Hadra, his 1st album out in July of 2010. Meanwhile, you will be able to discover and share D_Root?s unique musical

universe on diverse occasions where he is scheduled to appear for an dynamic, progressive live performance. At the same time, D_Root and Lunarave are collaborating on a progressive/fullon « LUNAROOT » project, which will reserve you many surprises.
