I wanted to create a piece of music that had some light and shade to it, like two pieces of music fighting each other which is where the idea came from.

I drew from a lot of players, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai being the highlights in order to accomplish this.

This piece is heavily influenced by one of my favorite guitarists, Joe Satriani. 

I wanted something that was really upbeat and had good use of rhythm and harmony.
