My entry for the @anthony-baldino Twelve Twenty Two remix contest, hosted by @methlab-recordings. Unfortunately my entry did not win, but I had a lot of fun making this track.

After 10 years of BFNK and reaching 1000 followers, I've decided the time has come for a change.

The BFNK (a.k.a Broken Funk) name will remain frozen, although my music will continue to be released under a new alias: Abroxis. 

This 30-minute collage is meant to present the progression and history of my sound, as well as to honour the last decade of music creation.

History Of BFNK in 30 minutes

This track is reminiscent of the simplicity and fun experienced during childhood encouraging imaginations to running wild, adventures to be had, laughs to be shared and memories to be made.

My 3yo daughter loves to run in circles chasing each other while listening to this song. Hearing her voice and laughs in the intro always brings a smile to her face, which in turn brings me great joy and happiness.

Buoyant will forever serve as a capture and memory of the playful times my daughter and I have had during her toddler phases.
