We offer 3 different contracts for our music production. We also group our productions into two catergories/price points;  

Published: Tracks that have been uploaded & available to be previewed websites that we promote or lease tracks on. 

Exclusive/Private: These tracks are unpublished tracks in our catalog, mostly unheard in public, never before uploaded, & at the most, only have a 15 sec sample posted to instagram.

                                           Contract Types

1) Non - Exclusive Standard lease:

This contract is normally reserved for mixtape/promotional material. The instrumental will be non - exclusive & available for lease to other interested parties. This agreement is limited to 2500 royalty free units. The contract includes a mixed, tag excluded, MP3 or WAV file only. Lessee does not have right to re-sale track. Leasing starting at $25. Further details will be in contract. All production credit has to be given to producer on any published media. 

2) Premium Exclusive Lease: 

This contract extends full rights of use to the artist. The instrumental will be exclusive & not available for lease or purchase to other artists for the length of contract. (Use will be limited to artists who have already entered into an agreement for track prior to agreement, if applicable). This agreement is limited to 18 months or 10,000 unit sales. The production is also bound to a 2% album/single sales royalty & a mechanical royalty as the writer of the music only. (Producer maintains publishing rights). The contract includes a mixed, tag excluded, MP3 & WAV file, & the tracked out stems files of the production session. Lessee does not have right to re-sale track. After contract term has expired, artist will have to renew Exclusive Lease contract, upgrade to Premium Lease or Exclusive Rights contract. If contract is breached in any way, the artist terminates his/her exclusive rights & instrumental will be made available for lease/ exclusive rights. 3) Exclusive Rights: 

This license extends full rights of use to the artist for an unlimited time. The instrumental will be exclusive & not available for lease or purchase to any other artists. (Use will be limited to artists who have already entered into an agreement for track prior to agreement, if applicable). This agreement is not limited to unit sales. The production is only bound to mechanical royalties, not album/single sales royalties. (Producer maintains publishing rights). The contract includes a mixed, tag excluded, MP3 & WAV file, & the tracked out stems files of the production session. Lessee does not have right to re-sale track. We are Y.T.B. also known as Yaktownboyz. A local rap group from Pontiac MI. 
We started freestyling at the age of 13, myself (Kaine) and Big $hoddy. $hoddy came up with the name "Yaktownboyz" and we stuck with it. My closest childhood friend Hood came into the picture a year later and that was the click. Hood caught his case in 2005 which got him incarcerated for 20yrs. Few years passed we realized this street life wouldn't last forever and started to actually pursue the music. 2009 we took the music career serious, opening up for artist like Oj Da Juiceman, Rakim, Fat Joe, Yung LA, Mike Jones and more. The group consisted of 5 members (Myself,Big $hoddy,Hood,D.Law, and LRey) as the years passed our group grew into 14 members as of today. The newest members of Y.T.B. are Zo, CT, and Fresh Rebel
