What is a Mashup (or reworkmashup)?

It is the meeting of 2 (or more) pieces of music, songs, associating them by their similarities: Melodic, harmonic and/or rhythmic.

It’s one of my favorite hobbies....

When I heard Juliette Armanet’s last single, I immediately understood the similarities with a song from France Gall.
That’s why I mashed them... But it’s not, simply, to put one song after another... No! It is necessary to bring them together, as if these 2 musical pieces formed only one by binding them by their musical accompaniments, taken from their own pieces....
This is why France Gall is accompanied by the accompaniment and rhythmic line of Juliette Armanet, with her choirs (in intro), and, conversely, Juliette Armanet is accompanied by the piano (in intro) and the rhythmic base of France Gall.
As if these two singers were meeting to sing in duet with one and the same orchestra behind them...

NB: the fact that these 2 pieces are of the same tone (G M) made my work easier. This has the consequence of not changing the voice of either singer...

After ten hours of remixing, through musical and digital magic, here is my latest Remix

Qu'est ce qu'un Mashup (ou reworkmashup)?

C'est la réunion de 2 (ou plus) morceaux de musique, de chansons, en les associant par leurs similitudes : Mélodiques, harmoniques et/ou rythmiques.

C'est un de mes hobbies préférés.... 

Lorsque j'ai entendu le dernier single de Juliette Armanet, j'ai, immédiatement, saisi les similitudes avec une chanson de France Gall. 
C'est pour cela que je les ai mashupées... Mais il ne s'agit pas, simplement, de mettre une chanson à la suite de l'autre... Non !      Il faut les réunir, comme si ces 2 morceaux musicaux n'en formaient plus qu'un en les liant par leurs accompagnements musicaux, tirés de leurs propres morceaux....  
C'est pour cela que France Gall est accompagnée par la ligne d'accompagnement et rythmique de Juliette Armanet, avec ses chœurs (en intro), et, inversement, Juliette Armanet est accompagnée par le piano (en intro) et la base rythmique de France Gall.
Comme si ces 2 chanteuses se réunissaient pour chanter en duo avec un seul et même orchestre derrière elles...

NB : le fait que ces 2 morceaux soient de la même tonalité (Sol M) m'a facilité le travail. Cela a pour conséquence de ne pas modifier la voix de l'une ou de l'autre chanteuse... 

Après une dizaine d'heures de remixage, par la magie musicale et numérique, voici mon dernier Remix
