I've been accumulating lots of writing through the years and have also been writing from my relative recent exposure to spanish rap and freestyle.
I do open mics in Houston, Texas. I rap and read poetry. I mainly express my art in Spanish and most recently have started to do it in English. I consider myself a rocker at heart but it’s been through rap that I’ve found a way of expressing my art.
My lyrics are sort of “personal conversations” about life and death, depression, being confused, thoughts about good and evil, and I believe that the common topic that is present in most of my songs is the topic of identity. My music can be considered what people call "conscious rap". However I started to allow myself to write in a different style and experiment as well, so far things are going very well!
My CD “Identidad” will be out soon God willing.
