Daggers begun his journey as a performing DJ in early 2013 playing for uni parties and commercial crowds. However it wouldn't be until September of the same year when he got his first bass music gig with Ruckus; this marked Daggers' entry into the bass music scene and his first opportunity to share the music that speaks to his heart, namely Dubstep. 

From here Daggers continued down the path of becoming a venerable bass music DJ and in the time between now and then has featured on radio stations Joy FM, Kiss Dance music radio, and PBS. As well as dabbling in running his own local nights, Daggers has been heavily involved with a number of Melbourne crews over the years such as Ruckus, Dark Riddims, Delight, and Twisted Audio, and has been a guest DJ playing for many others. He's hosted a regular internet radio show on TRNSMT which featured himself joined by Melbourne bass locals, and, has supported Headline DJs such as: Truth, The Upbeats, Hamdi, Sub Focus, Spoonbill, and Compa just to name a few. He's also been invited to take bass music out of the club and out to the bush to play festivals such as Earthcore, Subspace, and more recently Sub-Terra, from which this mix was derived

This 2 hour exploration of the sound of Dubstep aims to showcase Daggers' diverse sonic pallet of the genre, and the styles of 140 that have come to be associated with his sets. This aural exposition of a Decade of Daggers not only exists to show off Daggers' selection and mixing prowess, but also bring to the forefront some of his own cannonisation of Dubstep's past, present and future.

With over ten years of crate digging, performing, and community building under his belt. Daggers has gone from a humble selector to one of Melbourne's standout bass music curators.
