Blessing Lies nace en el 2005, iniciando la movida metalcore en Perú.

Su primer EP sale en 2007 y luego editan el álbum 'The Birth of the Waterfalls' (2010). En 2014 lanzan el single "Entre Tus Miedos", tema debut de su EP "Abolición". Y en octubre de ese año, "La Guerra Contra Tus Cobardías", del nuevo EP "Antievolución". Actualmente se encuentran trabajando en el EP "Tus Golpes, Mi Valor".

BL ha tocado junto a Comeback Kid, Nueva Ética, 2 Minutos, Die Young, entre otras. Además, apareció en MTV Latinoamérica con su single "1986 and the war of the fallen heroes".
