In Focus this time is JIDDER, who introduces his live set: "This is a collection of released and unreleased compositions of mine, as well as a few collaborations I have done with some of my nearest dearest friends, presented here for the first time ever. This mix is supposed to give a glimpse into my Jidderverse and the sonic diversity of it, I hope you will enjoy." JIDDER is the solo project of Dante Viscovi from Växjö, Småland, Sweden. Once exposed to the classics, Dante went diving headfirst into the world of psychedelic trance music, instantly shaping his own unique sound and vision drawing inspiration from Swedish proggmusik, jazz, reggae, funk and a lot more. JIDDER | In Focus | 29/03/2025

Set joué Samedi 7juin (15h - 16h30) sur la magnifique Engine Stage du superbe Nexen Festival 2025 ❤️ !

J'ai ensuite joué 1h30 du set de Yami (->https://soundcloud.com/yami-music-fr) qui n'a pas pu venir et m'a fait l'honneur de jouer son set à la suite du mien, étant donné notre proximité musical (et amical <3) !

L'idée de ce set était de voyager à travers diverses formes de l'hypnotic (dark) techno : Minimal, brut, aux mélodies répétitives et aux nappes froides et suaves ... pour ensuite se retrouver dans les limites de la techno / Darkprog où le groove émerge petit à petit ... des mélodies font leur apparitions ... pour petit à petit prendre de la vitesse, se dégourdir les jambes et espérer voir un jour le bout de ce tunnel certes un peu froid et humide, mais où l'écho et les mélodies incongrus viennent rythmer l'aventure :) <3

Baom on Acid is the project of Leipzig based producer Johannes. While usually producing slower, psychedelic Downtempo as Baom - his DJ debut in the faster BPMs happened on new years of 2024 at a party organised by his collective Hello Darkness @hellodarknessevents. 


"The Drop" takes things up a notch, adds extra spice and lets me break my usual artist-boundaries - you never know what's gonna come. I have a heart for especially weird and imaginative baselines and clean productions. So for DJ-Sets I always dig for a new, different and creative sound.
