My friend said, "Dave can't you see,"
"I've been yearnin' for a burger, with cheese."
Not just any patty on a stale ol’ bun,
But the kind that drips when the grillin’s done.

So I tipped my hat and I grabbed my keys,
Said, “We ride 'til we find that masterpiece.”
E-kins just finished up some joints, 
He's leveling up them skill points.
Left behind town and the No PVP sign,
Just a car and three friends, and burger on mind.

We're on a quest for that beefy bite,
Char-grilled glory, cooked just right.
With pickles stacked and onions fried,
Lettuce crisp, ketchup on the side.
From diners old to roadside stands,
We search these wild, vast lands.
For a cheeseburger sent from above,
It's more than food, it's a labor of love.

Rivera keeps asking, "where we are?".
While Dave and E-kins get high in the car.
We hit the factory 'round quarter to four,
Heard a bunch of puppets banging on the door.

We got out and shot them with glee.
They smelled of Gouda and Brie
We scooped up so much damn cheese,
We looked like mice on crime sprees

We're on a quest for that beefy bite,

With bacon crisp and a secret sauce,
You'll forget your problems and your flaws.
Through mountain fog and desert sun,

We crossed three states and shot some guy,
We went off road and learned to fly.
Dont you understand, this isn't just for nothin'?
We had food at home, we could have had a muffin.

We got into town and looked all round, 
There was scarce an oven to be found.
E-kins found an oven out behind the old feed store,
It fired up hot like it ain't been cold before,
We mixed up the dough with a grin and a plan,
Now were bakin' fresh loaves like my sweet old gran.
We grilled up some patties in some ol' pan.
We assembled our burgers, one in each hand.
Dave ended up dropping one in the sand.

We found the quest’s end in a smoky haze,
A cheeseburger worth all them hungry days.
With grilled jalapeños and love in the pan,
Made by the heart of a burgerin’ man.
