This week on #WellnessWednesdays, we chat with Dai Manuel on lifestyle and fitness.
Ironically Dai was morbidly obese as a teen (with a BMI over 40) before he really found fitness. After starting to work in the industry for more than a decade, he took a left turn to change his lifestyle for him and his family.

We connected on Twitter a while back and the cool thing is he swung by Ottawa on his cross-Canada tour on his way to the other side of the pond. He was such a cool and gracious guest and we geeked out a bit during the interview.
