Since childhood Arilu has been nurturing her passion for forests and the sound livening them up. The melodies of nature inspired Arilu in the early stage of her musical formation. Then her parents introduced her to the multiformity of electronic music, with many diverse cultural influences. Producing music that creates a consistent awareness, Pablo Javier Acosta Santos a.k.a. Intiche (@intiche) is the wizard-traveller's guide right down to the jungle-mountains-seas of the Americas. Musician, climber, permaculture activist, nature lover, father of tree awake big hearts and powerfull childs, this Argentine producer has been living in Berlin since almost 17 years, creating powerfull mix of native music with electronic, minimal and energetic sounds.

This 115th edition was recorded in the stretchs between the triad Berlin-Barcelona-Mallorca, resulting in a hybrid DJ-Live set. Always designed to surface interesting stuff, Intiche's mixtape have pulled out a deep fusion of natural-organic sounds, traditional instruments, electro and nu-cumbia. As he said, the dancing and the music vibration in this new time is what effects a positive re-evolution. The more we dance, the more conciousness expands.

WORK AND PLAY MIXTAPE

It’s been a long time since we connected here. Like us, we can imagine that you have all been on quite the journey since we last reached out. After ‘Colours of Love: The Evolution’ was cancelled in March, we had a lot to process, not just regarding Colours of Love, but also for ourselves personally, as we are sure you all have done in these times. 

We weren’t sure when or how we would resurface into the world, or with what focus. Like everyone else, we’ve been watching the world turn and observing the new landscape as it’s formed each day. We’ve been wondering where we fit in and how we can be of service to something that is constantly evolving. Yet something is happening now the that has motivated us to speak up and end our hiatus of silence. Something that is essential to be discussed, debated and actioned through our every day choices and interactions. 

The Black Lives Matter movement has gained momentum, giving hope for real and powerful change. Changes in perception, society and humanitarian rights are being called for by more people now than ever before. It is a conversation that we want to be a part of but also recognise our own ignorance at where to start. 

We have been considering over the past weeks how we play our part in redefining something so deeply ingrained in society, whilst opening our eyes to the ways in which we have, without intention, continued to be part of the problem. We have come to understand the simplest way to start is by educating ourselves on this matter. Listening and learning. 

Another way for us to support this movement is through Wild Sirenda. Our music is a message. It is a transmission from our heart to yours. All art is a reflection of the world around us and within us. We are unable to hide our feelings on matters we care about, and why would we want to?

This is why, when we were recently asked to make a mix for an online music platform, we expressed our feelings through messages that brought reflection and illumination to this humanitarian plight. We submitted our mix to the platform, only to be told that ‘it’s too political’. 

Having this mix rejected for it’s reference to the Black Lives Matter movement highlighted the issue of white privilege, and the propensity to sweep this matter under the carpet for fear of making people feel uncomfortable.

Colours of Love is more than an event. It is a platform for conscious community and dream activation. We know that our experiences together can be life changing, and we know that the dreams and ideas shared here can change the world. But what’s the point if we shy away from the big issues, the huge movements in line with the very core values that we share? We want this platform to be a celebration of life, yes. And that means supporting people in the world to be FREE to celebrate being alive in it.

So, with this in mind, we present to your our musical offering. Follow us through the full 3.5hour journey.

We believe in a world that celebrates diversity and equality for all people, whatever their ethnicity, gender identity or religion. We know we can do better. We want to, and we will.
