Who is Twin Beats?

Darren and Darrius Davis, who makes up Twin Beats, started making music, and was introduced to many music genres at a young age by their parents. As one of Hip- Hop and R&B genre’s hottest producers in Chicago,Twin Beats has collaborated with a variety of artists including Chicago’s very own King Louie, Lungz, Tink, Vinsane, Team Coterie and many others.
Twin Beats began working behind the scenes and started TB Entertainment, LLC in 2007. Twin Beats are Certified in Music Business and Music Production.Twin Beats enhanced their ability to produce, write, engineer, program tracks, direct and edit videos, as well as produce photography work for other artists through consistency and hard work.
To be in an industry that is very interesting, creative, and artistic, Twin Beats have managed to remain prayerful and faithful to God who gave them the talent and vision to make music. When Twin Beats lay or produces a track ,they bring out new creative and ground breaking music with their synth oriented sound. Twin Beats love to get a feel of other music genre ‘s such as Jazz, Blues, Rock, and Classical music, and implement those musical elements into their tracks.
In 2009, Twin Beats was introduced into the “Bring The Noise” beat battle scene by Custom. They also competed in the “Istandard Showcase”, which gain the likes of Grammy award winning producer Rocwilder. Custom (Music Producer) was pivotal of allowing a platform for Twin Beats to showcase their music, and establishing relationships needed to progress in this Music Industry. Twin Beats are continuing to stay focused and humble as they continue to strive to become one of the GREATEST music entertainment “MOGUL’S” of all time.

Artist and videographer Young Tez (Chicago, IL), has had a long journey climbing from the bottom to the top. He has worked alongside many mainstream artists on and off the stage. From opening up for Platinum recording artist Twista (2008-2009), being recognized by Christina Milian, Styles P, Keri Hilson, Lupe Fiasco, & more, to flying back and forth to Los Angeles, CA and Oakland, CA (2011-2014), he has made a mark in the industry. Landing a write up in 2014 XXL Freshman Class edition also opened doors and bridged gaps for this MC. Follow and build with him on his everlasting journey.
