Maedon’s sound is dark, heavy and exciting, a unique hybrid of industrial techno and EBM with a touch of rave. She is driven by a fierce, relentless passion for the music.
A wizard in the studio, Maedon is known for her all-gear live sets, which are must-see events where dance floors become mesmerized by the collage of irresistible electronics and pounding grooves. Her background was in the industrial scene, and these influences are absorbed into her sound.

Since her arrival in Europe, she has settled in smoothly, with a flurry of releases that include a track for the Belgium label Deviate, and also some remix work, appearing on Berlin labels Aufnahme + Wiedergabe, Dream Baby Dream and the Brooklyn boutique label Synthicide. 

Her new dark and futuristic album is now out on Sonic Groove (@sonic-groove-records): Maedon crafts some very melodic jams, with refreshing song structure and storytelling trips achieved through excellent sample work and programming prowress. Make no mistake, this is fghting music. It's blazing hard, with grueling energy, and a fair for the dramatic. Maedon likes relevant content, as tracks like “Rave-Act Never Forget” expose pathetic pledges from poser politicians who have dared to protest against the dance music scene in their past. You have been exposed Biden. The madness continues with the menacing “Destroyer of Worlds”, a massive rave jam with otherworldly synths based around the words of a certain man’s famously guilty post-atomic quote from the Hindu scripture known as the Bhagavad Gita. It's a reminder of your sins, Oppenheimer.
The selection continues to concoct clever experiments with pressure and feels at times like riding a roller coaster thru outer space “Destroy the Status Quo” with subtly pitch-shifting metallic highs and ravey tone-work captivates the mind as gravity drops jerk the body into uncontrollable motion. “Rudersdorf Trip” is a sick adventure into the darkness, with whispered vocals ‘this is what you want this what you need’ leading the charge of hypnotic, spiraling acid. “Childhood dreams” is an excellent ending to the LP, an innovative melodic charmer with nostalgic future vibes pumped up by a broken techno beat.
In truth, all the tracks stand out; a solid efort from start to fnish. It serves as a lesson in production for her peers. She enjoys the process, creating a chance for all to dance away their pain. For Maedon, our ears are like trophies to collect. no one is safe.

Originally from the French Alps, to then establish herself in the province of Quebec, Canada, in the early 90s, it is in the great city of Montreal that was born her interest in the techno scene, and of course the art of mixing with vinyl records.
Self-taught in this field, thanks to her perseverance and perpetual curiosity, she wins several international remix competitions. She also participates in several collaborative music production and finds her comfort zone behind the turntables.
Aurélie Schleger works for multiple labels such as Elektrotribe Records (Germany), Black Leather Records (Colombia) and Atomic Soda Records (France).

In the Montreal nightlife and underground raves since 2006, she skillfully demonstrates her personality with techno sounds while behind the turntables. She explored different style of electronic music, from Minimal-Techno, Tech-House, Electro-Techno and Hard-Techno to find her confort zone into Industrial Hard-Techno since a few years now.

To only name a few, she proudly shared the decks with International Djs like: Under Black Helmet, Swarm Intelligence, Orphx and Nuitsible.

Her sounds can be describe as sharp to the edge, heavy Techno kicks with an Electro-Industrial’ish touch, mixing between the last releases out and good old classic from the early 2000.

Phase Fatale is the Berlin-based techno project of Hayden Payne. Since 2014 the New York native has earned a reputation as a techno innovator, both for the broad spectrum of dystopian, gritty, industrial-laden electronics included in DJ sets as well as his deep understanding of synthesis and sound design in his own productions.

Phase Fatale has been turning heads with his debut album in 2017, and 12”s on labels such as Jealous God, Ostgut Ton, and its sub-label unterton. He has since settled into residencies at both Berghain in Berlin as well as 中 KHIDI in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.

In 2018, Payne launched his own label BITE, where he introduced Soft Crash - the pi- oneering ‘Italo body music’ project in collaboration with Pablo Bozzi. In 2020, Payne released his second solo album Scanning Backwards on Ostgut Ton, while 2022 saw his third solo album and the widely anticipated debut album by Soft Crash.

Phase Fatale’s output as a selector, as well as his productions and curation on BITE demonstrate Payne’s unique musical vision, drawing from new and classic references: dark ambient drones contrasting with the raw, punchy dynamics of industrial and post- punk, cold wave aesthetics combine with 4/4 techno functionality – all stitched togeth- er meticulously with strong atmospheric sensibilities, careful and precise mixing

Imperial Black Unit is an EBM/ Industrial technoïd duo formed by Lapse of Reason and Templer in 2017. Their sound is characterized by a blend of early EBM/ Industrial vibes with today's sensibilities. By using an anti-establishment attitude and militaristic esthetic on top of hard rhythms, screams and sharp synths, they create an intense fusion of the past and the present.
