Born in Cambodia during the Killing Fields and raised in Honolulu Hi. First generation of the surviving families that escaped the war. I carry the weight and haunting memories of my family that literally made it through hell on earth. Although it was not always that way...My heritage and culture come from ancient beauty and culture. Raised in the USA I am influenced greatly by my past and think that my story should be heard.  Through music, I express myself so the world can understand where the children of the "Killing Fields" come from. Also from the Rap group "The Ugly Crew" where it was not our appearance but a way of thought that we could be real with each other as friends. Always be who we were, never care about what others do or think of us.  With an open mind, I create about my past and stay positive for the better of tomorrow.
