Damian Lazarus’ forthcoming full length album, Flourish, continues to take shape with the release of its second single featuring vocalist Jem Cooke. ‘Into The Sun’ further explores the LP’s broken beat territories with soulful songwriting and cadence that carries it beyond the walls of clubland.

The artists showcased through Damian’s Crosstown Rebels imprint and world-class events are always chosen deliberately and methodically. Jem Cooke’s selection as the only featured artist on ‘Flourish’ is no different. Cooke is known for topline stylings alongside the likes of Camelphat, Jamie Jones, Kate Simko and others. This collaboration offers a left of centre platform for the vocalist to experiment beyond the limits of 4/4, resulting in the swirling exposé of ‘Into The Sun’.

Making music since 2015 at the age of 10 on an old laptop and outdated FL Studio 12. He got into the Electronic genre as early as 2012. He was inspired by his brother who was also a DJ around the same time. The passion never left and he still works hard to better his skills at making proficient music to play in the car to a club. All while he is 20 years young.

Criador do projeto Into the Sun, INTI idealizou uma série de eventos que celebram a beleza do pôr do sol tocantinense através de performances imersivas em cenários naturais, como o Jalapão e outras regiões do cerrado. O projeto consolidou-se como uma assinatura artística, reunindo um público diverso em busca de cura, introspecção e celebração.
