"Bad About It" is the ULTIMATE post-break up glowup song! It radiates confidence and self love! Someone doesn't realise what they've got? Life goes on and gets better putting your energy into yourself! Imagine losing me! 
It takes its form in UK RnB but wouldn't be a Sam Swancott record without a funky guitar riff and of course, brass. Sam experimented with lots of fun harmonies on this track that really bring it to life! 
It's the most personal track she's released, and emulates exactly how she felt after her own breakup. It's so personal that there's even a voice recording of Sam as a toddler included at the start - taken from a 2002 VHS tape. A lot of effort and crafting was put into this song and I think it's evident listening to it
