We venture back into the void for COMPLEXA Volume 11, searching once more for the gathering of energies in the dark. We are gaining on her and it is good. Others have also. Many, many others.

The incredible density of the combined beings within has forced gravity’s hand, we are engulfed within as we pass the threshold, experiencing the most sublime time dilation. The combined effect felt from our unique traveller perspective is equivalent to approximately 40 years… in just under 4.5 hrs…

@perseus-traxx delivers an outstanding edition for the COMPLEXA series. Taking on early 80’s influences and seamlessly guiding and morphing the music into an undeniable and exhilarating House and Techno ride. His stamp on the selections and creativity in the mix are exactly what those who have come to know him by over the years love and respect.

"I’m still making music with bits of hardware, releasing under aliases and also a recent limited 10” lathe cut run comprising of an early 90’s Techno feel, along with various tracks that were mastered by Labels but never got released."

1/2 of BodyHammer w/ Joe Hart (the seminal London party and record label) this is one of our very favourites. 

Taking it back to the roots, Scott's put together a 1hr 30 min torrent of jacking Chicago house, some classics, others more obscure. Chocked full of acid bass, hypnotic sound bites, and more sleaze than you can shake your butty to. We've been big fans of Mr. Fraser for a while now, it's great to finally get him on board for a Digest.

Prague-based dMIT.RY steps in for the 97th deeprhythms guest mix. The Prague-based DJ, label owner and radio host is best known for his bi-monthly spot on Rinse France and of course his label/discovery platform Neo Violence.  Gorgeous mix of broken rhythms. heavy bass and sparse bleeps.

"In this mix I focus on a new type of sound I’ve been enjoying a lot recently. I don’t have a name for it (I love to give names to all the genres, cause genres do matter imo), but it’s like a mix of really punchy, bleepy tech-house infused with electro, acid & new-beat. Because there’s no clubbing, I have all this accumulated DJ energy and I kinda let it all out in this mix...although, there’s a lot of that energy still left inside.

I wanted to include some unreleased and promo tracks too, but I have so many new records laying around and waiting to be played that I ended up using those mostly."

Finnish Inceptum Records returns powerfully with this electro & detroit techno oriented  four-tracker from the label boss Forehard.

In the Motorhome EP (Inceptum005) Forehard takes his listener in a journey through his inspirations as well as musical interests  – as he firmly builds musical mosaic where every sound finds its unique place.

The A-side begins with a dreamy title track that takes you to the deep and rolling sounds of the motor city. 

A-side ends with an epic acid electro with tasty bassline and melancholic melodies which gives light into darkness.

The first track of B-side is an iconic and powerful melodic techno track. 
Safe warm pads, percussive drum work and chicago style bassline combines it all into one.

Last track of this ep is totally dancefloor burner, which shows producer’s many-sided talent.
 
This electro is created from bottom of the black heart of the deep blood of a dark and dirty acid sewers.

This weeks episode also containt emotional content, it also looks like that deep and dubby house sound that emerged from the US in the early 90's has now started to resurface but with a definite UK twist. The man like Adam Pits morphing sounds and genres with ease and pushing things forwards nicely with his new one on XKALAY. Jonno & Tommo from the Ornate stable choosing to incorporate more of the aforementioned sound into their forthcoming release and then as if that wasn't enough they rope in 2 of the finest in Brawther & Andres for the remixes, pure heat!  
 The Australian connection runs deep, Timo Deeprhythms and cohort Steffan who co run Coymix Ltd and Timo's Echocentric dropping bombs from both labels in this show.  Depth & Weight's head honcho delves into the psyche and brigs us a spoken word masterpiece that informs us about the magical properties of the mushroom, gwarn Leee!
  Bufo Bufo has a hand in a couple of numbers, him n partner Corporeal Face team up on their Ritual Poison imprint as Escape Earth for the breakbeat pressure and also more of that UK dubby houseyness with a solo outing, not to be missed.  Kessler, MOY, Tys and Konerytmi also providing the atmospherics.  Take the plunge!
