Another wicked show Damo. Finally got round to checking the rest of it today.

How does the presence or absence of light regulates our internal biological processes and moods?
Circadian rhythms are endogenous time-keeping systems that synchronize most organisms, from unicellular cyanobacterium to humans, to the external solar cycle. Since light information is the most potent synchronizing factor, biological clocks coordinate the individual’s internal physiological and biochemical processes according to light and dark cycles.

The show is divided into two sets of 1 hour and the musical selection of each DJ reflects those moments: day or night. In this episode NVST (CH) is in charge of the first part of the program, and Diamin (CL) of the second.

Ça commence dans la cave rue Jean ﻿Pierre Timbaud les premières semaines d'existence de Rinse France. Toujours présent ma poule. Une évidence donc d'organiser un take over ﻿pour fêter les 10 ans du label et la sortie de la compile "X, Ten Years ﻿of Loving Notes and Foolin' Around" qui tourne déjà en rotation. On a la﻿ chance d'accueillir des artistes que l'on a pas l'habitude d'avoir ﻿proche de nous, Omma qui est Russe et qui habite désormais dans le pays ﻿Nantais et River Yarra Parisien d'adoption venu tout droit de Melbourne.﻿ Nao Never dont on admire les mixes depuis un bon bails et qui à répondu﻿ présent à la première invitation à rejoindre le crew Antinote. Shelter,﻿ ami de longue date, producteur discret, prolifique et passionnant. ﻿Disquaire chez l'incontournable Bigwax records. Being a huge fan of Exist Dance pretty much since its inception in 1991, I was lucky enough to receive a promotional parcel from them in 2001 with around 20 records in it and promptly set about doing a mix with some of their (at that time) later, less familiar tracks.
