Ces artistes se prêteront au jeu de produire un set de deux heures cadrant dans la thématique "Dark" de l'émission tout en gardant la couleur qui fait d'eux les artistes uniques qu'ils sont.

Dan is a true proud Montrealer who felt in love with electronic music and choosed more than 15 years ago to get involved in the underground music scene first a as promoter but most of all as a DJ and lately as a radio host. Along the years Dan has collaborate too many events while playing alongside some of the most creative artists of the underground culture.

During the last 15 years, Dan has been carving his career with only one goal in mind, staying underground & true. His approach has allowed him to carve out a unique sound elaborated by choosing wisely serious fat & dirty tech-induced beats. His sound is dirty, sexual, crazy and energetic. It's mainly a high-octane blend of Techno & Tech House beats mixed and blended sometimes to some groovy nasty shits.

Dan can also often flirt with some sexy chilling house beats. This other dimension allows him to create some truly intense and unique moments dipping and chilling into the darker side of music in order to bring his crowd to the other side, where dark fetishes and fantasies lies. Ultimately this unique sound texture has brought him to play at mostly all the venues and illegal rave parties and afterparties in Canada at which he consumed an extremely huge amount of Red Bull allowing him to inspire thousands of people to dance to his beats.

Back in studio, he's currently working on many projects with different artist and dj's, including his son, in Montreal, Quebec and Berlin. The rest of his time is well spent researching and developping music in production.

Dan, with is son Danyck, are the owner of House of Sins Productions created in 2003 by Dan and Indica, his mentor and partner of the time, in order to produce and present to the Montrealers, the first North American Wet & Hard event introducing at the same time the Berlin's sensation of the time, Corvin Dalek, the creator of this new European music style.

Over the years Dan has produced numerous successfull events through HOS, namely; Wet & Hard I, II & III; Wild Nights I & II; Ménage à Trois; Le Bal en Noir I & II to only name a few. Always hungry for more challenges, he's also been collaborating with many other promoters and venues on creative projects. On the media side and over the years, Dan has also been hosting different underground music radio and web-radio shows while also been invited many time to produce special mixsets for different podcast series and web-radio shows like Proton, Frisky, Techno.FM, SinCity.FM, House Pacific and many more.

Madrid native Dennis Cruz makes his Solid Grooves Records debut with three rumbling cuts including a remix from fellow countryman Wade.

Since his debut in 2010, Cruz has become a staple in Beatport’s charts, not to mention the sets of artists such as Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Nicole Moudaber, Yousef and Roger Sanchez. Throughout this time the likely producer has dropped releases on Saved, Deeperfect, Stereo Productions and Kinetika, not to mention his very own imprint Lemon-Aid Music. He now arrives on PAWSA & Michael Bibi’s Solid Grooves Records, joining the likes of Wade, Kuo Climax and Rockwell & Landers for an exciting second year for the label.

Initiating with the sound of a roaring crowd, ‘See Line’ was produced with the dancefloor in mind using thudding kicks, arcane vocal samples and an energetic rhythm. ‘Heads or Cruz’ is a more low-slung number with a focus on a killer groove, whilst ‘Bienvenido’ engages in a medley of percussive elements geared for peaktime antics. Tying the package together, Wade remixes ‘See Line’ to give it his signature twist whilst ensuring the heady vocals reiterate throughout.

Recently, with the disappearance of the nightclubs in Quebec, a more personalized approach is put in place in order to gather event promoters, music producers and their fans. Despite the decline, music lovers are multiplying throughout the province.

Founder of the FB page "Clubbers of Quebec", DJ Prisss has always been a great fan of electronic music. Well known in the region, but now recently throughout the province as dj, she is first noticed as the one who burns the dance floor evenings evening after evening. She could be seen at Dagobert when she is not at a party that welcomes a major headliner DJ playing Techno, Tech House or Minimal in a big club or in a room dedicated to the occasion.

As DJ, Prisss is now sharing her passion with you in a new form, as she grows wanting now to be the one that will make you dance. She has participated in Black Therapy and Undertek, as well as several big Underground events in the province.

She is unquestionably in the best position to find bassline and perfect beats to get you moving without restraint. Her technique and her influences are always evolving, because she is on the lookout for everything that happens and everything that is said in the great world of electronic music. She is also connected to some of the biggest names in Quebec's techno scene, providing support and collaborations that will continue to amaze you.

This week for this 157th episode my guest is Julie/Anne, a passionate music lover and a very talented emerging artist from the Montreal underground music scene who was born out of the underground through the encounter of the prog and the techno. This brought her three years ago to get into djing, and she did it her way by only following her strong intuition and musical sense and most of all by self-teaching herself.

As a singer and throughout the years Julie/Anne has managed to develop a very strong musical background, but everything became reality when one day she luckily got on Pascal B’s path who made her discover the magical world of prog house.

It's during her first private gig that her djing career got the push she needed when she got to be invited by Alex Gragnani from Imagine Records who had witnessed her during that night, to play B2B with him at well know Salon Daomé.

Now that she is slowly leaving her mark on the circuit, Julie/Anne doesn’t want to be identified to one style, because she is very comfortable with many different styles of electronic music. In fact, she claims to be more attracted by the textures and the melodies that are organically part of a track then the style in which a track has been categorized.

If you are lucky enough to attend one of Julie/Anne’s gig, you will rapidly find that she’s a true, authentic and very passionate artist who just love to perform live in front of music lovers from everywhere.

This happiness to deliver and share music can be observed front the very beginning to the end of every gig in which she always offers such an artistic performance to her crowd.

This week for this 158th episode my guest the Lebanese artist Kris Tin, recognized for her heavy sound and ability to influence the crowd.

Kris Tin was born in Beyrouth who was raised in Montreal who is also a member of Montreal's 8day collective. Her evolution in the music industry has grown exponentially over the past two years, making her a renowned local in the heart of the city. Like many artists, Kris Tin has always used her emotions as her biggest source of inspiration. Whether it be deep and melodic or dark and haunting, her passion for music combined with her spatial fascination consistently fuse together to create a unique sound.

Although Kris Tin generally leans towards minimal and techno, you’ll notice she’s extremely musically diverse.
“I don’t like to limit myself to a particular style. Instead, I enjoy reading and surprising the crowd. Every audience is different, therefore the energy I’m fed is what enables me to perform accordingly and deliver a set that always defines me with a twist.” Kris Tin often plays at venues such as Salon Daomé, Velvet, StereoBar, Newspeak, and Örign just to name a few.

She has also performed at many renowned festivals like Piknic Electronik, AIM Festival, Igloofest, Ancient Future Festival, Eclipse Festival, Totem Festival, and many others. She has played alongside ANNA, Amelie Lens, Layton Giordani, Misstress Barbara, Radio Slave, Sam Paganini during the past year but her milestone moment, when she opened for the legendary Carl Cox in front of 10 000 persons, left her no choice but to set high expectations for herself.

She's been working a lot in the studio lately and is now focusing on producing unique sounds and making herself stand out as an individual as well as an artist.

Dan Stringer fell in love with the electronic underground music scene more than 25 years ago. Over the years he got involved as a promoter, a DJ, a producer, a radio host and a record label owner.

During the past three decades, Dan carved his career with only one goal in mind; “keeping the underground scene, culture, and sound, ALIVE”! That’s what he did while collaborating at many events playing alongside some of the most creative artists of the underground culture.

His passionate approach has allowed him to carve out a unique dirty, sexy, crazy and energetic signature that was elaborated by picking wisely, set after set, some serious fat dirty house tracks and high-octane techno-induced beats.

Ultimately this unique sound texture has brought him to play at mostly all the venues and illegal rave parties and afterparties in Canada at which he consumed an extremely huge amount of Red Bull allowing him to inspire thousands of people to dance to his beats.

Back in the studio, he's currently working on many projects mainly with his son Danyck @danyck but also with his great friend and partner in crime Ulrich Van Bell @ulrich_van_bell who is also the owner of B2P Records, Vortek Records and 5HTP Records.

Dan and his son Danyck, are also the owner of House of Sins Productions a dj collective founded in 2003 by Dan and Indica @djindica his mentor and former partner. HOS was initially created to produce and present to the Montrealer’s, the first North American Wet & Hard event introducing Berlin's sensation of the moment, Corvin Dalek (www.corvin-dalek.com) the creator of this Wet & Hard movement, that was in early 2000 a new underground electronic music style in Europe.

Over the years Dan has produced numerous successful events through HOS, namely; Wet & Hard I, II & III; Wild Nights I & II; Ménage à Trois; Le Bal en Noir I & II; Le Bal de l'Horreur to only name a few. Always hungry for more challenges, Dan collaborated with promoters and venues on many creative projects related to the underground music culture. Additionally, over the years he has been hosting different underground music radio and web radio shows. He was also was invited many times to produce special mixsets for different podcast series and web-radio shows for Proton, Frisky, Techno.FM, SinCity.FM, House Pacific, MUD Radio, DNA Radio and many more.

Recently, since 2015, Dan has had the immense pride and joy to team up with his son Danyck to share their common passion with techno music lovers from everywhere via their dj duo named "Father & Son".

Father & Son... it's a father and his son who share a common passion which is... Banging Techno music like a cheap door in the wind just for fun!

In 2018, House of Sins Records @houseofsinsrecords was born. Dan gave birth to that old dream of his that he had from the early beginning of his career. All this became possible with the collaboration of his son and the precious expertise of Ulrich Van Bell aka The Maestro.
