Mimi Sommers, author of Relax a bye Baby, has a deep passion for helping others.  She has been a dental hygienist for 20+ years and experience in relaxing her patients before treatments. She practices meditation and mindfulness outside of work and wrote  Relax a bye Baby to help her 6 year old son embrace bedtime and learn body relaxation techniques. After a series of teenage suicides in her community, Mimi felt compelled to create another resource for stressed out tweens & teens and Teenage Mantra was born! Please be open to meditation, give it try and spread the message!!!
