This session is coming straight from Lyon, France, where we’re showcasing the incredible electronic producer duo, Primal Wakin! They've crafted an amazing set filled with beautiful tunes that will take you on a journey to kick off your weekend and keep the vibes flowing! Primal Wakin made their debut with the EP *Renaissance*, followed by the single *Teahupoo*, signed to Wabisabi. More recently, they released *Renaissance Remixes*, featuring remixes by artists like Ferry Tale, Noaa, Novopole, Dana Fakhoury, and Minorah.

More about PRIMAL WAKIN: 

In June 2019, Wakin met PrimaL at a charity event dedicated to the latter's son. Both men found out they were sharing the same passion for electronic music by Christian Löffler, Stephan Bodzin as well as Laurent Garnier. 

PrimaL has always been fascinated by music and the emotions it conveys, thus he is particularly fond of ethnic and organic sounds. That is why he started to add Kalimba and Sansula sonorities to his compositions. Through music, he has been able to respond to a deep need as well as reach an unprecedented artistic synergy with Wakin. For his part, Wakin is one of Ludovic Hautevelle's numerous facets. Indeed, driven by various projects in film score, trip-hop, folk- rock and Techno, which has been his favourite style for a good twenty years, with some influence from artists such as Rodriguez Jr. and Booka Shade, with whom he had the opportunity to perform at the Family Piknik festival. Thanks to the peculiarity of his live performance, privileged field of expression to demonstrate the endless creativity of this studio addict and perfectionist at heart, he was spotted by the Clubbing TV Channel. 

It goes without saying that the track 'In Charles' Memory' will be the first from their joint discography PrimaL Wakin. Over many kind of jam sessions, PrimaL and Wakin's desire to write has become stronger. Their creative process, based on improvisation, feeling and the live recording of tracks, has then allowed a redeeming artistic freedom.

What’s a night out without a story to tell?
Dana Fakhoury believes in storytelling and going with the flow of the night.It’s about sharing a fun time, being lighthearted and getting the hip to shake or the feet to jump or just daydream and relax.
As a producer, a live electronic performer and a DJ she manages to keep the crowd surprised with her smooth blends of different genres. And just like that - you won’t know in which direction the night is going and how you ended up there. It’s a 'you have to see it to believe it' - kind of thing.
Her love for percussive grooves, a heart spoken melody or a lyric that strikes your heart to skip a beat is definitely reflected in her productions and sets that are full of Afro/Oriental House, leading all the way to Dance / Melodic Techno. 
Being raised in Lebanon a multi-lingual and multi-cultural city, then having lived in Spain where she got her master’s degree in music production technology and innovation to later on moving to Dubai where she got to collaborate with musicians from all over the world during her time at Expo2020; Her sets reflect her life; a beautiful blend of cultures and adventures. Dana definitely takes you on a journey. 
The Lebanese artist has played internationally from big crowds to intimate performances. She adapts her style to connect with the audience while always bringing her raw energy to the stage. Connection and reliability are what first drew her to music many years ago.
This driven and multi-talented artist radiates authenticity and is always ready to bring the right atmosphere to any dance floor in the world!
