​Since 2013, Rekord 61's Konstruktiv label has mostly been home to his own titanium techno releases, with remixes from Spencer Parker and Radio Slave, while the others have come from Austrian artist Nauruan Stranger. 

Rekord 61 kicked it off back in 2013 with the 'Kaskad' 12", two tracks (the other being 'Prostor') of devilish and deviant existence, setting the path of which the label would follow. 

Release number 10, the 'Vremya' EP, comes courtesy of the label boss again, this time with a remix from Rolando, the man who's released on Underground Resistance and Ostgut Ton in the past.

Back at our mammoth Stay True Scotland broadcast earlier this month, one track came real close to bringing The Caves' roof down during Nina Kraviz's powerhouse headline set. "I Wanna Go Bang" very nearly executed its titular statement – well, if the song was more about wrecking balls and less about...oh, never mind.

The vocals that stalk the track, so wholly devoid of humanity, rub up against razor-sharp claps and serious bounce in the subs. It's weighty warehouse techno of the highest order, set to devastate dark basements and big tents alike throughout the year. Simply put: Icelandic producer Bjarki has delivered a bomb.

Tallmen 785, after releases on Hotflush, Fiedel and his own self-named imprint, makes his full EP-debut on OFF.

Things kick off with Batucada, a full-on dancefloor tool with raw and unique sounddesign.

The name-giving "Circadian Rhythm" goes down a more subtle and experimental route, with an intricate synth lead pattern joined by a swung ladback groove.

"Driving Forward" does what its name says, an arpeggiated lead on a hefty kick, joined by meandering distorted pads make this track as danceable as trippy; a perfect tune for the later hours and to close this EP.

When Steve Lawler first sent us “Crazy Dream,” he told us that he had made the record “specifically with Turbo in mind,” thus sending us on a quasi-lucid journey down a rabbit hole of self-discovery from which we have only recently emerged.

Most labels would simply talk up a nuts-to-the-wall floor-filler with a killer “White Horse” bassline from an acid house legend and be done with it, but the fact remains that if we forgo an opportunity to learn more about ourselves as dance music imprint, we are doing our fans a disservice whether they could possibly be expected to realize it or not.

We hired a board-licensed Forensic Poet to parse the track’s lyrical references to nothing being “quite as it seems,” “feeling naked and confused,” and rising above “the push and shove.” What was he trying to tell us? The poet assured us that all it meant was that Lawler admires Turbo and thought the track would be a good fit, and that we should put our clothes back on, wipe the confused looks from our faces, and stop pushing and shoving one another because everything was exactly as it seemed. We paid him his $25 and did as we were told.

For the remixes, we took a track made especially for us and enlisted a diverse cast of Turbo All-Stars to spin it into a release for everyone, a proprietary practice we call "Human Alchemy: The Future of Generosity™.” Finland’s Jori Hulkkonen, Belgium’s Charlotte de Witte, and Argentina’s DJs Pareja trace a beautiful global triangle for lovers of acid bangers, stripped-down techno, and tripped-out weirdness, respectively. At Turbo, giving party people what they need is more than just a crazy dream. It’s a crazy reality.

His space-age strand of techno has found a home on Nina Kraviz's трип​ Recordings and the upcoming 'Mendoza' EP is his most accomplished body of work to date. 

Following on from an amazing Guide mix for us and a premiere of his track 'Painting 1', we're pleased to offer up the first track from his latest double EP and we can see why Nina has put so much faith in him.
