It is no stretch to say that D Nox and Beckers are an integral part of the global dance music scene. Not only are they known for their 17 year long collaboration delivering high energy main room bombs, but as solo artists, they've carved names recognised as a stamp of quality around the world. We cannot be more excited to host the German duo for their debut Balance Music release, a dream like progressive workout that showcases their years of experience.

On the original version of 'Deep in the Dark', the reflective vocals of LENN V s is the perfect accompaniment to the single's deep yet driving energy. The warm, running bass playfully bounces off the dense production, while a bittersweet melody creates a narrative that will reward multiple listens.

Fur Coat deliver a remix that is vintage yet forward thinking in equal spades. The trademark tight and punchy drums, house a driving bass line that feels huge. The vocals feel more urgent, while the melody is aimed straight at the heartstrings. It also features a satisfying breakdown that reminds of the halcyon years of progressive house.

On Fur Coat's Dub mix, a more pronounced melody replaces the vocals, allowing more space for dancers to lose themselves in. If you listen closely, you should be able to lose yourself in the mix too.

A producer with a rich artistic pedigree, Mehmet Akar quickly found himself making a sizeable impression in the underground dance fraternity. After success with his "Deep Sounds" and "2nd Resurrection" radio shows, the Turkish producer has hit the headlines with over 150 track credits for some of the industry's finest imprints. Moreover, as a winner of Sasha's "Cut Me Down" remix competition and a 2011 release on Last Night On Earth, Akar has gone on to see his music feature on Global Underground, Beatfreak Recordings, and Outside The Box. '8Kays returns to Booka Shade’s Blaufield Music imprint to deliver her second EP on the label, ‘Rolling’.

Kiev-based DJ and producer Iryna Shvydka, aka 8Kays, has emerged to become a key rising name of note over the past two years, with releases via the likes of Sincopat, Disco Halal, Eleatics and her own 8Music imprint, whilst also featuring as a regular member of the Blaufield Music family. Having recently returned to the label to remix label founders Booka Shade and Eli & Fur’s ‘To The Sea’, and following on from her stand out releases on the label in 2019 which gained support from the likes of Joris Voorn, Above & Beyond and more, mid-July welcomes the arrival of her latest EP ‘Rolling’, featuring close friend and regular collaborator Diana Miro.

Title cut ‘Rolling’ opens the package and introduces scintillating leads atop of blossoming bass patterns and refined percussion shots, whilst ‘Berlin’, named following 8Kays’ appearance at the Blaufield label night in the city, welcomes darker, more menacing approach which is soon contrasted by escalating synths and bright tones. To close, ‘Waiting In The Dark’ combines warped electronics, resonant keys and sweeping strings throughout, whilst Diana Miro’s emotive and hypnotic vocals add take the production to new heights.'
