Cuban born DJ/producer from Miami, Malóne, makes his debut on the Saved Records imprint this May with debut release, 'Time To Move' EP which features the smooth vocals of Shyam P. Malóne has been rising through the ranks of the underground scene for a few years now, releasing on labels including Toolroom, Club Sweat, Incorrect, Farris Wheel, Undr The Radr, Sink Or Swim and own imprint, Hurry Up Slowly, to name a few, and he's currently a resident on Blond:ish's Abracadabra label and livestream platform, weekly showcasing the best in Afro House, Minimal/Deep House & Tech. The 'Time To Move' EP entices listeners with its complex percussive rhythms, Afro grooves, rise and fall basslines, hypnotic vocal hooks, intriguing synthesizer transitions and a grooving low-end throughout. This track utilises a classic vocal alongside a booting bassline that moves throughout. Really old school feel to this one and is a sound I love to make.

Within the release, there is the main ‘Vocal Mix’ which has all elements involved including the lead vocal. There is also a ‘Dub Mix’ version which does not include the lead vocal for a more stripped back, raw sound.

Builds and breakdowns culminate in mass drum circles noisily coming together, and the classic understanding of not needing to go overboard on groove to make everything happen, means that the party vibes take care of themselves from beat one.
 
The international languages that tell tales throughout ‘Prendeh’ both move the crowd and sound like gossip on the corner of the dancefloor, and you’re getting carnival sensations on cruise control. Take a ride on Agraz’ simple swinging rhythm, and on the right soundsystem, crowds will be knocked over like skittles.'
