'Following on from his 'Feel' EP on In Tune early this year, Lex Luca returns quickly to deliver three prime house cuts ready for the dancefloor. With continued radio support from ​Annie Mac​, ​Danny Howard and ​Pete Tong at ​BBC Radio 1 over the years - Lex Luca has stepped up with a release from the ​VIVa Music and ​Steve Lawler family that has gained early support from the likes of ​Nic Fancuilli​, ​Waifs and Strays​, ​Hector Couto​, ​Claptone​, ​Richy Ahmed​, ​John Digweed​ as well as Steve Lawler himself.
Kicking off the EP, 'Stay At Home' delivers a groovy feel good energy laced with disco goodness. Rolling into the main part of the song with the occasion crash of the snare giving some great progression, the breakdown builds up the tension with a classic sound of a snare roll and floats back into the same groove that started the track off.
Up next is the more stripped back track on the EP, 'HOUSE!'. With the 909 kick and snare starting everything off, the digitalised vocal trickles in with the synth chord as well as additional vocal stabs floating over the top building an euphoric tension. As the track rides through the driving yet groovy mid section, the snares start to crash over the top raising the heat to boiling point. As the slowly gets deeper taking out lots of the elements and introducing the firing synth stab, the snare roll take us to main drop and rolling us back into the groove
Sealing off the EP is the bumpy 'Even Stevens'. With its cheeky vocal stabs and loops, its bouncy bass line and arpeggiated pops as well as filtering guitar samples created this side stepping groove that can't be stopped. As the track drops out, the main sensual and freaky vocal kicks in lopping us all the way to a snare roll filled drop just after the freak vocals kicks in again.'

Kittball welcome Raumakustik who join forces with Andrew Meller for a tasteful two tracker that hits hard.
Raumakustik are based in Dresden, much like Kittball, and is a duo with an incredible decade in the game behind them having delivered searing tech house on labels such as Hot Creations, Safe Music and Sola. Now for the next release, they get collaborative with Andrew Meller, a new school talent making waves with his own signature bustling house production, which have been picked up by the likes of Saved and Glasgow Underground. Between them they really cook up some serious house heat on ‘The Funk EP'.
'The Funk' kicks off with rib-rattling kick drums that reverberate the earth, a trippy synth sequence then grows in the mix and becomes the main focus during an atmospheric break down. 'Melodica' offers a different mood with its loose beats and glitchy hands claps all finished off with a freaky lead line.
