After a significant time out for the Four To The Floor brand due to a lack of open dance floors, we have decided to resume the series as an emblem of hope.

Four tracks that carry the sense of longing for the dance floors and the weight of the desire for reunion that has been building up within so many of us.

FTTF18 opens up with Bionick Amisi & Bob The Groove and their „Was It“ - an emotional Melodic House track that has been present in Solomun’s sets before the start of the pandemic. Next is Simon Mós with „Say Something“, a melancholic Microhouse track that features the heartbreaking voice of Curtis James.

Track 3 is „Shadow Dance“ by Eynka wonderful breakbeat symphony laden with moving vocal samples. And closing off the FTTF18 is „Clubs No More“ by Middle Sky Boom, a hypnotic tune that circles your head like a thought you can’t let go - the perfect parable for a DJs mind in lockdown.

August will see Monkey Safari put out their long-awaited Body Language Vol. 24. The 18-track affair is a deep dive into their own musical output as well as a testament to their alluring DJ style.

German pair Monkey Safari have become Get Physical mainstays over the years. In 2022, they have released a wealth of teaser tracks from this mix with each one showcasing a different side to their sound. After more than a decade of EPs and LPs on their own Hommage label they are still mining new musical ground and their 2021 album 'Love Will Set U Free' was the latest testament to that. This new mix is a further superb showcase of their signature DJ style and seductive musical output.

The mix is a broody one that takes you into a mesmeric world of classy, musical house. It is packed with originals and remixes from Monkey Safari starting with the alluring bell sounds and vocal cries of 'Ceremony' before moving on through the likes of their spine-tingling afro house remix of Fluida and then a lithe and airy remix of BLOND:ISH. After classy Monkey Safari material like 'Universal Love' and 'W' is a remix of George Morel's classic 'Let's Groove' that updates the tune with a fresh modern edge.

The disco depths of DJ Pierre feat. Chic Loren's reworked classic 'I Feel Love' is followed by standout exclusive remix 'Hausch' which lifts the spirits on a wave of positive synth work, upbeat drums and summery vibes that are sure to get plenty of plays this summer and beyond. A faultless run of recently released singles including 'Kami', 'Light Of Day' and 'Hi & Low' then round out this most exquisite and sensitive selection.

Body Language Vol. 24. is another landmark entry into this long-running and influential DJ mix series.

Having released the acclaimed ​Be Mine on Crosstown Rebels in 2017, Berlin-based Siopis lands on Rebellion with ​Unconditional​, a poignant two-tracker that features the vocals of esteemed DnB lyricist, MC Coppa.

“An interview with Lauryn Hill inspired me to make this release. It blew me away and I felt it straight in my heart, so I wanted to share the deep message that comes from it. I put her vocals into the break of the lead track, and Unconditionalwasborn.”S​iopis​.

Beginning with the ethereal sounds of ​Unconditional​, the lead track is a journey into electronic music’s spiritual realm, as supple keys vibrate alongside a gently moving bassline. A sample from Lauryn Hill’s iconic speech acts as the breakdown, before the emotive bassline comes back in to pull deeply on our heartstrings. ​Kaleidoscope feat. MC Coppa ​completes the release. Bubbling with subtle hats and dreamy pads, the moving cut takes on a tougher edge with MC Coppa’s stirring monologue, whilst Siopis’ flagship club-ready sound features right the way through to form a track that sounds perfect at home, and on the dancefloor.

A prolific producer, ​Siopis ​has been carving out a career in electronic music for more than a decade. Previously known under his Silversurfer moniker, he is responsible for some of Crosstown Rebels’ earliest releases, producing 2004’s ​Parisis ​and collaborating with Kiki on the seminal ​Shake Off that same year. Fast-forward to more recent times where continued releases on Damian Lazarus’ Crosstown Rebels and M.A.N.D.Y’s Get Physical Music have helped define his emotional, dance-oriented sound, whilst frequent performances at clubbing institutions such as Hoppetosse and Golden Gate have established him as a regular on the Berlin circuit. With international sets under his belt at the likes of Miami’s Ocean’s Ten and Mexico’s Americana Club Social, the future continues to shine bright for Siopis.

Luke Alessi's Mobilee release continues his strong end-of-year run having remixed Zola Blood's 'Silver Soul', and his debut release on Stil vor Talent, playing a part in the 9th installment of the “Stil vor Talent Berlin” compilation series. The compilation brought forth a group of old and new faces including Andhim, Colyn, Tim Engelhardt and label boss Oliver Koletzki exclusively contributing tracks. Expect to hear more from Luke Alessi on Mobilee in 2021 as he works towards his own EP on the label.'
