After defeating the Beholder, SQWURL barely has time to breathe before a swarm of ancient, hollow-eyed ghosts tears out of the dungeon walls and comes straight for him. He tries everything,  his new agility from the Professor Rat trials, his bardic magic, his weapons,  but nothing lands. These ghosts aren’t normal enemies… they’re untouchable, unaffected, and way too powerful to face head-on.
So SQWURL does the only thing he can. ZOOM. He blasts through the dungeon corridors at max speed, walls blurring past like an anime hyper sprint until he finally escapes into a narrow crack in the stone. The ghosts drift away, but he knows this isn’t over. They keep appearing throughout the dungeons?  chasing, haunting, interrupting,  an unbeatable threat for now, waiting for the moment he’s strong enough to finally face them.
