Moving to Melbourne in 2002 from New Zealand, Subharmonic AKA Ben Tolmie began spinning tunes in 2005 in what was a natural extension of his passion for electronic music and dancing. Known for his infectious positive energy, he lays out smooth funky, melodic, deep house, Techno and progressive beats.

Ben moved back to NZ at the end of 2020 and now resides in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

The Waihau Project is the live looping band project of Craigus McVegas (Drums and Bass) and Psy-Phi (Guitar and Synths). We use no sequencing and create all our samples as we play.
