Music must be part of my DNA or it is my neurospicy brain that likes to dig into the juicy parts of each genre.  For me, music is life affirming.  And like a good book - a playlist can take you on a journey.  I don’t just listen to music, I feel it in my core and sometimes i become the music with movement.
