Luna is a passionate music enthusiast and has quietly cultivated her own persona as a skilled track mixer and dance creator over the past decade. She won the DJ contest for Alberta's, The Womp Music Festival,  closed out drum & bass night at The Unicorn Lounge for Wicked Woods and ended 2024 with a bang playing Glitter & Glow NYE Festival in Red Deer, AB. She has been known to keep the party going at the afters with deep, vibey tunes that appeal to the collective. Her love for the dance floor has ignited a desire to share the euphoria she experiences with others. With an extensive collection of various genres, Luna finds solace in the realm of drum & bass and house music. Her diverse selection of soulful tunes has a remarkable ability to elevate the energy and create an atmosphere that resonates with everyone. Luna is here to make you FEEL something. Hey, I’m emaxees, a musician, producer, and DJ driven by my passion for exploring new sounds. Over the past 10 years, I worked as a programmer, but after being laid off during the 2023/2024 layouts, I decided to reinvent myself and fully embrace my lifelong passion: music. A year ago, I took the leap to pursue my dream of becoming a musical artist, and while I still have much to learn. I’m excited about the journey ahead.

Music has always been a part of me. Since I was a child, I’ve played the violin and piano, and I’ve loved singing. These experiences have shaped my deep connection to music, and now, as a producer and DJ, I channel that passion into creating tracks and sets that take listeners on a journey to fresh and exciting musical landscapes. I love blending different genres and experimenting with unique sounds to make my music truly stand out.

This new chapter is both challenging and rewarding, but I’m motivated by the endless possibilities of creativity and the joy of sharing my art with the world. Every day is an opportunity to grow, learn, and push the boundaries of what I can achieve. Here’s to the future, the music, and the adventure of becoming the artist I’ve always dreamed of being.
