Whilst it wasn't actually that long ago that Kidnap Kid delivered his last promo mix to our doors, if you look at how he has progressed over the past few months then you can kind of understand why we think it's necessary to present the burgeoning artist once more. Active since 2010. Dandy Overdose is a Mexico City based band rising high in the Mexican and latin american indie-alternative scene for the last six years. Since then this Mexican psychedelic combo has been well known for being one of the most relevant upcoming bands and a lead act in the latin american alternative circuits. After two EPs (La Noise Fabrique 2010 & Jinetes Astronautas 2013) well ranked in the charts of several major FM stations of Latin America, that lead them to play in the most renowned festivals of their country with international bands such as: The Big Pink, Foxygen, Cafe Tacvba, Los Bunkers, The Plastics Revolution, URSS Bajo El Arbol, La Vida Boheme, Innerds, Reptile Youth and more. In 2017 a third album titled "Dandy Sobredosis" will be hitting the roads and charts once again, bringing that singular blend of electronic layers with driving guitars and echoed vocals, which has been a brand of the Dandy Overdose's sound. Recently the band released "Una Vida" the first single of "Dandy Sobredosis". The single was produced by Henry D'Arthenay, lead singer of La Vida Bohéme (Venezuela) and it comes with a stop motion video directed by the spanish artist Itziar Garaluce. Ladies and gentlemen ...
