Jessica is survived by her mother, Melissa Midkiff of Tucson and father, Guy Midkiff of Phoenix; two brothers, Michael and Brandon of Tucson, AZ; grandparents, Donald and Patricia Bradley of Tucson; Jan and Bob Nelson of Park Rapids, Minn.; many aunts, uncles and cousins and friends.
