I am delighted to present the wonderful Spanish-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer @alienata who runs the brilliant label @discosatonicos as this month's guest mix.

I've been a big fan of Alienata and her mixes for a good few years now and they never fail to impress me. Her choice of music and her mixing are always quality, so I am really pleased that she has contributed to the WM mix series.

Alienata and Sync 24 (also a previous guest of WM) have worked together on more than one occasion, producing the powerful "Confused" on Killekill and "Future Sound" on Cultivated Electronics. Check these tracks out!

I'm a huge fan of the Discos Atónicos label and have all of the vinyl releases. My favourites are Dez Williams' Running Circles ep and w1b0's Heretofore ep. The recent All Stars Volume 1 is my most recent purchase and it includes four killer electro cuts.

A no-nonsense journey through electro and techno of the highest quality, her mix is as Bad-Ass as she looks in the picture!

DJ and Timeline Music UK co-founder, Keith Anderson, was exposed to the timeless quality of Electro back in the day. Fascinated by the sound, he bought his first two Electro 12"s; Herbie Hancock "Rocket" and Newcleus "Jam on it". This only solidified his love for the sound, and he ended up buying all the classic Electro tracks on 12inch circa 1986 and 1987.

1988-1989 would see Keith getting into the fresh worlds of Acid House and Techno. The love was there as it was with Electro. Following the inspiration, Keith frequented the Soul 2 Soul Shop in London, eventually buying ' The Dance' by Derrick May. It was during these years that Keith set out to shift the gears into DJing.

Keith's history as a live DJ goes back to Eurobeat 2000 at Frankie D's legendary club. It was here that his talent was recognized. He would go on to play at some of the biggest clubs in London including; The End, Ultimate Base Hardware, and Analogue City to name a few. In addition, Keith has spun the wax alongside Claude Young, Derrick May, and DJ Rush.

Remaining a dedicated purveyor to the underground, he is the main guy  behind Electronic Convergence; the website hosts livesets, daily mix shows, reviews, and charts.

Bastinov - Parallel Universe

For its tenth anniversary, Killekill decided it is worth to resurrect the main label and bring it back in full effect with another compilation of tracks by its beloved family members, favorite artists and bestest friends. Cat number 020 was never released, and they thought, this celebratory occasion was perfect to fill that gap, so everything is cleared, and they can step into the next decade.
Here is a track by Alienata in cooperation with Sync 24, one of the realest souls in electronic music and electro in particular. They have produced an electro belter of incredible energy - driving beats, acid bassline, lots of sweeps and fiddles and a voice from outer space.
