This is a extremely personal track. I have been holding onto this for a while not really wanting to ever release. Taking Ideas from many genres, this is a special look at Electro Undertones and Trance being combined to make a very unique song and sound. This is one of my personal favorites and it was a real must for people to hear. I could not be more honored to know that people listen to these humbled ideas, enough to put this on a release with some of the best artists and producers the industry has to offer. Each track is a personal favorite of mine and the respect I have for all of these people is Unspeakable in words. He has played with Rennie Pilgrim, the UK's godfather of breaks and founder of the TCR record label, Simply Jeff, Diesel Boy, AK1200, Dj Sandy, Tony Faline, the late Rick West, DJ Dara, J-Luv, Mistykiss, Sikora, HYST, Faust and Shortee, The Burner Bothers, Pish Posh, Glidlock, Project 51, RedCoat, Datcyde, Baby Anne, Dj Odi and additionally MC'd for Konkrete Jungle ATL, Dj Blaze and may others. 
After a some time off, Broken is back with a new hunger for producing quality electronic music with the same drive & focus that led him to becoming a household name in the Atlanta scene, long before it had the EDM namesake.

South Yard is proud to be back with our third release in which we join forces with 2 of the most prolific artists on the reggae & jungle scene for the main track of the release called "Bring Dem". 

First up we have the mexican Isaac Maya who is touring Latin America at the moment and is going to be touring Europe for the 5th time in the next months. Isaac Maya is the head honcho of Low Frequency Recordings where many of the current producers have started their career in the ragga jungle scene. He´s been playing his music at gigs all around the world for the latest 20 years and he is the main reference in México speaking about drum and bass. 

Daddy Freddy was born in Jamaica and is now based in the UK. He has been in the business since 1985 by releasing loads of tunes including big collaborations from the likes of Dr. Dre, Cypress Hill or Mungo´s Hifi to name a few. Also, he has been known as the world´s fastest rapper on the 90´s. We feel pleased to have this badman on board for our next release! 
This time the duo has created a fat pumpy banger combining dancehall & jungle vibes to blaze the fire on the dancefloor. Amen break patterns and dread bass style lead the track while the dancehall beat comes up on the breakdowns.

Both tunes have been mastered by Loud Dynamics.

To me the Plump DJs were the leaders in the early Nuskool Breaks scene back in the 2000's, leading the way with new and  innovative tunes with tight DJ mixes of some very underground music at that time. Lee Rous and Andy Gardner make up the duo that is the Plump DJs with over 20 years experience in the game, they are still touring and producing great music till this day.

This mix was an exclusive for Triple J Radio Australia back in December 2007.
