ARJ is a techno producer and DJ from Harderwijk, the Netherlands, known for his deep, hypnotic sound and his philosophical approach to electronic music. His style blends raw, driving techno, melancholic melodies, and subtle nods to the old school gabber scene where his passion for sound was born.

Through his ongoing series Neurotransmitters, ARJ explores the connection between sound, emotion, and the human brain. For him, music is not just entertainment — it’s vibration, frequency, and movement. Everything is built from frequencies, including ourselves. By understanding this, ARJ seeks to create sets that connect people on a deeper level — offering a space to release, to feel, and to unite.

In 2024, ARJ made his live debut at Kaleidoscope: Toekomstmuziek and performed at, le voyage, during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), where he shared his unique sonic vision with an open-minded and curious audience. In 2025, he played in the famous club "John Doe" and at the first edition of "3ST" festival. In october he will return to ADE for a new chapter in his musical career.

With new releases on the horizon and a deep-rooted passion for the power of sound to bring people together, ARJ continues to refine his mission: to create powerful sets that don’t just move the body, but connect us all on a deeper level.

Biography:


Rayco Santos, DJ, label owner and producer. Renowned for his storytelling sets and his carefully selected, elegant sound, Rayco never fails to submerse his listeners in a beautifully progressive, deep-house trance.


Built on years of experience and respected for staying true to his sound, with over 1 million plays on Soundcloud, Rayco has oficially managed to create a musical-realm of his own. Rayco’s sessions are filled with exquisite melodies and harmonising vocals, equally suited to night time as they are for sunrise or sunset sets.


Since the early 90’s, Rayco has divided his time behind the decks and recording in the studio. In November 2011 Rayco released his first podcast, Ready To Be Chilled, a podcast globally renowned for its relaxing take on the classic dance floor scene, a fusion of Deep-house, Downtempo and Nu Disco. 


Over time the popularity of the podcast on social networks skyrocketed and it wasn’t long before national and international radio stations began streaming RTBC on a weekly basis. 


Following the success of his podcast, in 2013 Rayco ceased the opportunity to become co-owner of Be Adult Music (previously Adult Music) and it’s been non-stop for the label ever since, signing various artists and soaring to the top of the charts on many digital stores such as Traxsource, ITunes and Beatport. 


Travelling on a regular basis to headline events around the world in; Egypt, Belgium, Tunisia, Barcelona, Austria, Formentera, Mallorca, Marbella, Tenerife and Italy, Ibiza is where is where Rayco has found his summer base and weekly residencies in many Ibicencan hotspots.
