This original minimalistic composition aims to invoke a reduced listening state in the listener, through combining the similar notions of minimalism and reduced listening method, which were explored through research. 

The piece is inspired by a visit to Soar-y-Mynydd, a chapel which lies in the Elenydd hills near Llyn Brianne. The landscape induced an overwhelming feeling of calmness in me, and a spiritual feeling of the ability to soar over the valley.
