Trying to emulate dual calm and turbulence of slowly flowing creek and surface ripples made by gently falling raindrops.   I took a recording of local creek flowing in early spring here- used slowed down version of this to create new sound parts in Metasynth with visual image synth manipulation and resynthesis with instrument sounds and microtonal sine waves.

Meu pensamento é um rio subterrâneo.
Para que terras vai e donde vem?
Não sei... Na noite em que o meu ser o tem
Emerge dele um ruído subitâneo

De origens no Mistério extraviadas
De eu compreendê-las..., misteriosas fontes
Habitando a distância de ermos montes
Onde os momentos são a Deus chegados...

De vez em quando luze em minha mágoa
Como um farol num mar desconhecido
Um movimento de correr, perdido
Em mim, um pálido soluço de água...
 
E eu relembro de tempos mais antigos
Que a minha consciência da ilusão
Águas divinas percorrendo o chão
De verdores uníssonos e amigos,

E a ideia de uma Pátria anterior
À forma consciente do meu ser
Dói‑me no que desejo, e vem bater
Como uma onda de encontro à minha dor.
 
Escuto‑o... Ao longe, no meu vago tacto
Da minha alma, perdido som incerto,
Como um eterno rio indescoberto,
Mais que a ideia de rio certo e abstracto...
 
E p'ra onde é que ele vai, que se extravia
Do meu ouvi‑lo ? A que cavernas desce?

In some words:
Composer, arranger, producer, multi-instrumentalist. Born in Argentina,
I studied music in Buenos Aires, New York, Boston, Los Angeles and Paris.

For 20 years, I developed an important career as a session and backing musician in Argentina and Europe, playing, among other instruments, the bass, touring and recording with many jazz, rock, fusion, world, Latin and tango bands.

At the same time, I worked as an arranger, producer and musical director with many projects and artists in the USA, Argentina and Europe.

From 1992 to 1997, I performed my compositions live with my own band in Buenos Aires and began a solo recording career with the worldwide release of my first album "The Years Alone" on the North American label Green Linnet/Xenophile. On this album I arranged and performed 11 of my songs written between 1986 and 1993. I played most of the instruments, but included guest appearances by some great South American players.

My recording career continued with "Segundo Ciclo" (1997), released worldwide by Timeless Records, and 12 more albums released between 2000 and 2016.

Currently, I work as an on-demand film/TV composer while continuing to play live and produce.
