Under the alias 𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖔, the Italian-Argentine artist Ramiro Gorriti creates electronic music based on samples from classical music. He also explores movement through dance and captures images of his surrounding world. These three facets converge in a singular pursuit, drawing inspiration from the aesthetics of the Renaissance, Baroque, and Romantic periods, alongside electronic music, modern architecture, and contemporary dance.

The name 𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖔 derives from the musical term that describes a repetitive and persistent melodic or rhythmic pattern. This concept serves as the central axis of Gorriti’s artwork, symbolizing an ethos that embraces continuity and transformation. For 𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖔, repetition becomes a means to explore and intertwine a diversity of languages and forms of expression, where music, dance, and visuals converge.

𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖔's music is built upon carefully cultivated samples and intricate sound design, shaping a hypnotic atmosphere of ethereal voices, driving beats, and pulsating basslines. Influenced by classical music, as well as with house, techno and ambient genres, 𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖔 blends the heritage of classic composers with experimental, dawless electronic music, channeling a dynamic dialogue between legacy and contemporaneity, source and exegesis, translation and transcreation, and allowing new meanings to emerge.

The release of 𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖔’s debut album, LAMENTO DELLA NINFA, in 2025, marks a milestone in this exploration, reinterpreting the eponymous work by Monteverdi through a contemporary prism that reflects the ostinato spirit. Through this interconnection of languages, the project unfolds as an immersive journey that bridges cultural heritage with contemporary creativity and emotional resonance.

Ramiro Gorriti (Córdoba, Argentina, 1990) studied Modern Literature at the National University of Córdoba, graduating with research on masculinities in opera. His artistic endeavors include experimentation with operatic singing, sampling, and sound synthesis techniques. He also engages in the Gaga movement language developed by the Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin, and captures images of his surrounding world. In 2025, he will release his first studio album, LAMENTO DELLA NINFA (Ñ records), a reinterpretation of the eponymous work by Renaissance composer Claudio Monteverdi. Currently, he’s developing projects centered on Monteverdi’s Misero Alceo and Qui rise, O Tirse; Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, Händel’s Theodora, Schumann’s Kinderszenen, Listz’s Paraphrase de concert sur Rigoletto, S. 434, and on the figures of Saint Teresa of Jesus and Saint John of the Cross.

Ilsa Wolf is an explorer who digs into musical rarities. Her music aesthetic plays with wicked transitions and unexpected sculptured sounds, making a focus into motion and challenging the ears of the audience. Her style is eclectic, spanning different periods and genres in the history of recorded music.

Dj, music and film researcher, curator and collector, Ilsa Wolf works integrating these practices in the development of her various artistic projects. She performed live streamings at Red Light Radio-Amsterdam, Operator Radio-Rotterdam and REA-Arg. Podcasts and radio shows at Fun Fun Mixes (Djs Pareja-Cómeme) and Betas Trax. She was promoter of Darling party where Ana Helder (Cómeme, Müstique), Djs Pareja and Tom Tom Clubber (Turbo Recordings) played, currently is resident and curator of Numbers Dance Party. She has performed at clubs and art festivals: Hoffest in Berlin (Mikrodisko); Clube Gloria in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Fun Fun and Leftclub (by Djs Pareja); Niceto Club; ArteBA International Art Fair in Argentina. She released “Disto & Porno Chic” about Disco music from pornographic films of the 70’s, using his own film archive, in LaRepu Radio where she is also about to premiere “Sound and Evil” a radio-show/essay about electronic music and post-modernity. She is the film curator of Demimonde, an LGTB party that takes place in one of the oldest porn theaters in Buenos Aires. She organized the Afterdark parties in conjunction with the film cicle “Man’s Country” about Experimental Gay Pornography of 1970. She is director of a Film Collection specializing in exploitation, film & video art, experimental, underground, historical electronic music and homoeroticism, and is the co-founder of Cinepapel, Argentina's first film graphics archive.
